This is my first time making a Guide, sorry for not the best quality I play on a mediocre laptop and this is kinda new for me, nonetheless I hope it will be helpful.

Guys at (4:23) Spell shattering, I said it is kinda rng to reflect but I missread the enchant and I was talking from the top of my head, what spell shattering do is that it deflect 4% of all magical damage, but as for the second part the key use for this enchant is the 50% silence reduction!

Every player is playing slightly different, whether is talents/rotation/build in general. Its funny you said you might not be right about it 100%, i believe theres simply a point where gear/talents arent BiS, but its more about players prefference. Nice guide overall, i never played a DK and since i decided to give it a shot this guide was really good. Keep it up man!

People act like DK is incredibly easy but I think they miss a lot of nuance that you do a good job of pointing out. I think the class has a ton of tools and its not so easy to use them all perfectly.

Looking to play the WoTLK Classic when it comes out. I played back in the day on original WoTLK and Vanilla before this. Also the latest classic.
I’m not very good at arena and like to do some casual BGs aswell as PvE content.
Was wondering which you would recommend, DK, Ret Pala or Mage?
Not sure which you’d say it the easier of the three and easier to master.

I'd recommend to play what you like because playing what you like will get you invested, but if you're looking to which is easier, I'd honestly say Dk.

Hello, glad it helped, and yes I do use it can be a nice burst if you combo it with deathcoil but be careful with runic power management, its rly good vs rogues and ferals.

Great guide. On ladder I see DK consistently do well with pal and priest, are druid and shaman just bad synergy with DK? Or is it still a decent comp? Maybe there are just counter matchups, idk very much about DK comps in wotlk.
Pala/Priest are preferable with Dk, can work with Shaman but you put yourself at a disadvantage

I would trade reaping/wandering plague and if you're playing 3v3 or bgs and you need wandering plague then yeah most likely Dirge

@@aliosshekelgruber6373 Haha yeah, there's 4 realms there yeah, the 'fun' one is Blackrock where you get PvP gear and it's strictly PvP, I would recommend that if you're new to the server.

good vid, one question. Is it worth to use the global/rune to refresh dots on the main target with pestilience when you have the disease glyph, or would you still simply refresh dots by pressing plague strike/icy touch/chains
If you play disease glyph, you should almost never use plague strike, icy touch, only if you have to use chain ice to peel, which would put you 1 rune behind in unholy, then you'd use 1 unholy strike else you'd only do 2x plague strikes, pestilence, blood strike/boil

Yes I do, specially when I have a lot of runic
Why you have only 4,27% hit dont you need 5% in pvp ? Virulence gives hit for spells does it mean also for blood strike, death strike and scourge strike too ?
Yeah, your main source of damage is mainly death coil, and tbh I almost never miss, if you want full cap you can go 5%, but scourge strike/death strike is mainly rune power generator.
You kill enemies with coils and Corpse Explosion so missing a scourge strike which almost never happens isn't game breaking.
Great guide but I have a question, how can I know spell IDs ?
You can use google and simply write 'Spell id of 'spell name' wotlk database or download an addon called 'Spell ID'
Does Shadowmourne make any class very OP?

Situational it's not a huge difference, with rocket you can set up a burst with Corpse Explosion, at high rates most teams kill your gargoyle.

Thank you, 90% of the time Unholy presence, I'd only go Frost presence in 2 situations, one if I'm getting hard tunneled by melee classes, and second is for example if you face some rogue, mage and you're the kill target you should be sitting in frost presence, but in general you're mostly in Unholy Pres

A better guide would be a DK gameplan versus specific comps....aka gameplay commentary.
Yeah, you can watch my streams for that.
Since I can't make a video explaining every comp, because every team requires you to do something else, and sometimes different things vs same comp.

You would want it in certain match ups just not the talent you go on normal spec, it's useful vs match ups like sham/lock - mage/pri

It can be good yes, I try to use it as often
you say against warriors rogues and casters you switch weapon, so you are saying you never play with your main weapon? most combs are warriors or casters i dont get it
Most of the time you play main weapon, in 1v1 or if you notice enemy warr/rogue are coming for disarm you swap your weapon for the initial disarm so it'll be 4 sec, instead of 8, then you swap back to main weapon, vs casters I'd recommend staying defensive weapon and only swapping when you have full CDS

Hey its a really old laptop, I just had one of my friends help me build settings while rendering the video, I'm glad it looks smooth I did the video twice because first 2 times the quality was bad. as for PC Build its a Laptop core i5 with 2gb ram and geforce mx130
You didn't go over the Lichborne Macros.
Hey, in my macros you can see the lichborne macros, but to summarize it, there is 2 lichborne macros, 1st is to self heal its basically casting lichborne and then death coil on yourself so you heal (cus lichborne makes you undead),
Second one is casting lichborne and canceling it after, you do that to avoid for example getting shackled by a priest or feared or stunned by a paladin.
