On Feb. 8, 2024, Utah Lake control gates are opened as water levels reach compromise.

Thanks to an exceptional 2023 water year, Utah Lake approached “full” levels in early February 2024. This triggered the need for the gates be opened as directed by statute. This short shows the opening of the gates.‪@utahdepartmentofnaturalres4046‬
