I was sooo waiting on this review! Yes, the flight time is short. Yes, the battery gets hot. Both the canopy and frame are brittle (especially at canopy -to- frame mount points). And lastly, had to reflash the ESC's to the newest version😮. Now it wobbles! I have a new canopy and using a Mobula6 frame (I think Kelvin should send me one of the new frames to test). Using the UAV tech (Mark) preset tune has helped and bumping the idle from 5.5% to 9%-10% makes it better. Soo much more...to come.
@@wynnfpv I am on the right track. I still have the factory tune, my *Ghetto Tune* and UAV Tech tune I found in the presets section. The reflash of the ESC and 10% idle helped the most with motor start-up issues. The factory tune is ok with ESC reflash and 10% idle. It would wobble more as battery got below 3.5v. Battery was very warm. Flight time 1 min 20 sec. My *Ghetto tune* was ESC update and 10% idle did not wobble much but Sweet Baby Jesus, 1 min flight time and battery was hot! Poor We Bleed Batteries, they will get a proper burial soon. Surprised, not really though, UAV tech preset tune is the best, although idle was at 5.5% and I bumped it to 10%. It started to wobble at 3.7v (like 20 seconds into flight) and it faster speeds at wasn't noticeable. The beat up WeBleedFPV batteries were warm to the touch and flight and lasted 1 min 40 seconds!!!!
@@ericcoker8784 What connector are you running? I will get around 1min 40sec from NBD with the GNB27 connector 300mah packs going pretty strong the whole time. That’s weird your getting that wobble because I haven’t had issue with it.
Nice flying and looks like a nice little whoop. As you said: bit on the heavy side, but i dont mind that for freestyle. The Crossfire (and also Ghost) series comes a bit late for me though. I use Ghost for my larger builds and have been using the generic FlySky or FrSky protocol for whoops... And only a few month ago i bought an ELRS module to fly a Mobula 6 ELRS... Could have used the Ghost version for at least a year or more. BUT: I know someone that wants this exact whoop because he only uses CRSF. I really hope that FCs are successful! We need more diversity in whoops!
Yeah I agree I would have been nice sooner. I’m really liking the elrs version also. I’m really happy with how elrs work and the range it has! I’ve never tried Ghost, how do you like it?
@@wynnfpv I love Ghost for the simplicity and it works just fine as well, so i had no need to change to ELRS except for the whoops. I never tinkered with the different transmission speeds or something like that tho.
Excellent video! As far as I know the transmitter is only compatible with other newbee drones? Other than that I believe the transmitter is compatible with all virtual FPV games.
I bought one, two weeks ago along with another board to build on another frame. Both not working. On the rtf, motor #3 is not spinning and on the other board the same problem, only the motors spin but doesn’t lift off. It’s been two weeks since I emailed and crickets….
Hey man. This one runs on tbs protocol. The dji transmitter is a different protocol. For the goggles the dji are digital transition and these would be analog. Essential you will need a team black sheep protocol transmitter and analog goggles. Hopes this helps!
I'm also thinking of getting one and i also have dji goggles v2... i think to use this dtone we could buy some analog adapter for the goggles, i'm not sure i'm not an expert
Great video, I have a dumb question… I’m kinda new to the fpv world I have a mobula 6 hd would it be possible to install this Blv4 with crossfire fc to it? Thank you
Great question. I like all the brands and all of them make great quality products overall. I’m used to NBD so it would be my first choice but the others are good also!

Ok, idle is exactly 10% and anti gravity stock is *8*, but now at *15*. Let's see😮
It’s Greek to me but sounds pretty high tech! So cool, love the built in features on the ESC!
Thanks for watching and for the comment, I agree with you. Did you get it to not wobble yet and how are you liking it?

Thanks!! The tango II from TBS is good for any drone with crossfire protocol and receiver. 😊 also good to fly on pc FPV games

Oh man… did they ever work or were they not working right out of the box?
Never worked
Binding was super fast and easy. I was excited to fly it because I haven’t flown a whoop since the brushed motor days.
@@slinkshots4791 I’ll message them. Let me know if you don’t hear anything.
@@slinkshots4791 wow if you haven’t flown since brushed whoops your really enjoying these. I sent them a message😊
hi ! i have a DJI Goggles FPV and i don't know how to bind it with this butifull tiny drone ! possible to connect the two ?
Nice review mate !

I’m using the Tango II for the transmitter and the Fatshark dominator v2 for goggles.

Why do u choose newbeedrone instead of meteor or mobula?
