Clever use of shock absorbers. We featured this video in our homemade tools forum this week :)
Bravo chefوبالعربي الله يعطيك الصحة يا المعلم الفنان
If your not already, you could be a professional tool designer and builder, love to watch your vids, big big fan!!!
Holy crap. What a build. Well done.
I just love people who work wth their hands. Not just seat & morn about nothing. Try to sound clever
Do people come to this channel for the inventive contraptions being built? or for the _crazy_ cool editing?
Both
Like the way he did it.. both
Like your no nonsense it gets the job done with the pipe slice to sleeve the bearings. Also your abreviations are a relief for a change. You are changing the art of motion picture. Good luck.
Very nice and useful too.
I have been building stuff for nearly sixty years, and this is a sweet little project. Good stuff!
Sangat bermanfaat sekali guys...biasanya kalau bocor langsung ganti assy.salam mekanik
I'm totally impressed at your overall performance
Cool useable ideas great fabrication skills and cool video making bravo.... I'm a tool maker machinist and fabricator as well and I love this channel
Keep it coming
Impressed by the machine. Is it possible to get a PDF drawing for making the machine ?
Wow. I can't tell you how many bad or broken struts I've thrown away over the years. I am almost 60 years old, and grew up in an era when you had to mainly rely on yourself or close freinds, if something broke down or you didn't have something you needed. This is a great example of things you did back then...
Thank you!
TY 4 the excellent use of existing material to diy a chop saw. I have a 14” Makita chop saw that still works after 35yrs, but I want to have miniature one for 2” to 3” abrasive discs. I will be brainstorming your concept to diy one. That’s why I’m a subscriber 👍.
John Deere green!! No way!! Lmao. That is awesome. I was thinking “this guy is smart, but I should comment suggesting a shot of John Deere green paint.” And then a minute later there ya go. JD green. Fantastic!! Love it.
Very nicely invented and built.
Badass machine great work
You sure got that vice running free!
Inspired me to lube mine up. Thanks!

Отличный станок с протяжкой. Все мощно и надёжно! Респект!
Wowwww!!!! Amazing!
superb editing
dude, it's not jus the craftsmanship, it's the clever editing too
hi five
For anybody wondering...Yes, he made that vise too...If this don't inspire you to git off your a$$ , git in your shop, think of something to do with your tools instead of just looking at 'em, ???.. Well, maybe you need to evaluate why you are on this planet 😀 😉 😄!!!
SO IMPRESSIVE
not sure how much the materials cost or how much time this took, but a cutoff saw is $200. id go buy one before doing all this work for a tool 1/3 the size.
Excellent build!
Why not make the base longer where your not cutting into the cross brace. Otherwise it's great
Investing hours of physical labor, electric, spare parts and your $60 angle grinder to create a platform as another tool, innovative and cool. Going to Harbor Freight and saving your time, labor, spare parts and angle grinder by purchasing a $120, 14 inch metal cutoff saw………priceless…….
Beautiful 👏
I love it
Good job 👍👍👍👍💐
nice idea, thanks
Nice work, Should last long in use friendly for sure. keep up the good work and share my Friend. and Thanks.
Ok that was freakin awesome
Excellent bravo
Lovely job! Clever use of normally thrown-away parts! 👍 Any thought to maybe some sort of block to keep the unit from cutting into the front bar 6:35 & 9:03 when a brand new disc is installed? I'd be afraid that one time you might just forget and cut through the front piece. It looks like it's already been cut a little... might be more trouble than it's worth, and just be aware of the chopper's ability to chop itself! Again - bravo! 🙌
Você é bom demais, parabens
Excellent build. Thank you for sharing. Have a blessed day.

Buen trabajo..👍
More Dad's need to teach their kids life lessons/hacks like this instead of thinking there is always somebody out there to fix your stuff, THEN, they don't want to pay cuz you charge too much, but yet they want someone "skillful" like this man to "fix" your stuff for Free cuz it looks likes he's having too much fun doing what he's doing... Yeah right! You still have to Pay Shop Labor....
This is amazing.
Nice content 👍👍👍
Amazing congratulations

Please how do you control the power
Looks like this was well planned and rehearsed, ditch the 6010, or 6011 if it's an ac welder learn to tig weld, ph by the way your AWESOME!!!!!!

Are you using powder coat or paint? If paint, what paint?
Para um profissional no ramo tudo e facil
Brillante
Nice. Great metal working skills... But.., chop saws are pretty cheap, and come with settings for every angle from 0°- 90° and a much deeper cut. PIf I had the time, materials, and no extra money, this would be a life saver! 😀 --- If I had to buy everything, I'm not sure I'd be saving any money.
Well, wobbly homegamer chop saws are "cheap"... but something as robust as this, which will never lose accuracy, and survive several grinders being mounted within it... priceless!
Seriously? You can't see this guy is using his great fabrication skills to make world class RUclips content that gets more than 1 million page views? He probably lives in Europe and doesn't have a Harbor Freight nearby and even if there was one this artist's metal/wood fabrication & video skills are really what's priceless here!!!
He's making something useful out of scrap. Scrap metal that would of been otherwise thrown out or recycled. You don't go out and buy blown shocks, materials, tooling, and measuring devices to build something sub-par in comparison to the real deal. He got his money's worth with all the scrap he used to build it
@@TWIRKNOLOVE Very true. It's just a different path than I would take. No insult intended. It's just that my time is worth far more than this build. I've worked with metals most of my life and one of the reasons I spend money on tools is because they save time. I don't expect anyone else to follow my decisions, nor do I think less of anyone for making other decisions. Sorry if the original comment came across as judgemental. It wasn't intended that way.
@@johnlshilling1446 hey absolutely - I would never use my time to do what he did, but in all honesty, he’s doing it to entertain us and grow his channel. Someone as skilled as him must have an arsenal of proper tooling.
This is really something💪🏻!!
Você deveria ir trabalho na área de projetos, 💯👏
hydraulic rams, electric motors, the prospects are endless, when I was at school, me and mate had a business selling kindling for coal fires, we went mechanical when we made a saw from a washing machine motor, some bicycle tubing, scrap steel and a 12-inch diameter circular saw from the woodyard provided by someone who worked there, total cost nothing, our firewood business stepped up several gears that weekend,
🔥👍👍
I Need one cool
You could do with new title like "diy chop saw" so people can find it on youtube.
you spent 3 cars for building that, lol, but sure, it looks cool
Wow
