Great demo! I got one of these a couple months back. Super versatile and really useful to have essentially two pedals on one power slot. In one of J Mascis' rig rundowns he talks about his double rock. He essentially uses it as his always-on 'clean tone,' which is like a regular overdrive. But being able to set boost into distortion makes it plenty capable for high gain stuff too. I've the Double Rock and Box of Rock are meant to simulate the gain structure of a Marshall JTM. I've never played one so idk how close it is, but it sounds great nonetheless. They're expensive tho. I was lucky to have gotten a bonus at the time, and still had to buy it used. Overall, I recommend it if you can find a decent deal, and value the economy of space and versatility.
Great demo....not too many channels have tried this device out and it has been a available for quite some time now. I been wanting one pretty bad but even the used the prices is just a little too much for my budget.
