Does this comes with a hose or do I have to buy it separately I just purchased one of this units and it only came with the extension cord but no vacuum hose
Hi there! All Mirka units only include the manual, power cable and sample abrasives pack. The hoses are indeed sold separately for all sanders and extractors. The benefit of this is you can choose between a 4m and 10m hose without committing to the cost of one you wont use. Hope this helps!
If I am correct, Mirka is described as having a 3 stage Hepa filtration vacuum. Could you please review their vacuum design in detail. A comparison to Hilti would be very interesting!
The upper range of drywall sanders like Hilti and Mirka are the most expensive. Usually you get what you pay for. Why don't these two manufacturers provide an LED light for the head? There are many lesser quality and inexpensive drywall sanders on Amazon that have an LED light. What is your opinion regarding this?
LED light's in my opinion shouldn't be a major variable to consider when choosing the best drywall sanding. Finish quality and usability is of upmost importance for our team - an LED strip can always be added after-the-fact. It's a smart addition don't get me wrong, but I wouldn't let it sway my decision.
Hey Bob, thanks for the comment! I know what you mean mate... Compared to the Festool though the Mirka Extension pole is a lot cheaper. In my opinion, the standard Leros with the extension pole is the way to go!
It's worth every dollar in our opinion - if you've used or owned a LEROS before you'd understand why. Finish quality, time saving and ergonomics push it into this price bracket for sure.
@@nobbystyles4807 You obviously have not used a Mirka before. I use to think like you until I tried one and now its the only sanders I will buy. Don't get price and value confused.
Great video Josh... Thanks again brother
My pleasure!!
This video changed my life
I'm glad!

If they made it with the bar in the middle is removable, that would be perfect......

Hey man, if you jump on our online store - you can order the LEROS range! goind.com.au/collections/mirka-sanders
to bad the handle wasn't removable or reverseable to get out of the way for greater head pivot, range of motion
Hi malidawgz, thanks for the comment! That would have been a great idea. Hopefully it's something we see on future models.
