You inspire me. I am having horrible muscle spasms in my hands and numbness in my fingers all do to post-polio, but I accept my messiness and keep trying, because I get so much pleasure out of it. Thank you for theses wonderful block lessons. I am saving all of them for myself to try.
I really like this one. I think if you had a fish print in the middle it would look like a fish bowl. I am going to try that for a baby boy. I recently made the potato chip block and it was really fast and fun.
Hi, your machine doesn't seem to be too old. Don't you have a quarter-inch-foot available? Sewing 1/4-inch seams with it is sooo much easier. Have a nice weekend!
That is a great scrappy block! I love it. Is there a pattern somewhere? I can’t seem to watch, cut, and sew this without a pattern. I get lost and frustrated.
I look forward to watching your video every day. ❤
Awe thank you🧡💙 I’m so happy to hear that!!
I love this! It reminds me of the pineapple block. I prefer this! Another idea to add to my wish to make list. Thank you so much.
🧡🧡
thanks for a great video. just changing out those corners made a huge deal. I like the new block.

There are so many variations on the potato chip block! Thanks for sharing and God bless.
💛💛
COOL!! Love it with black snowballed corners, especially scrappy :) Big block too which makes for a quick quilt.
❤️
Wow! That's a really cool block! And, I love the "scrappy" look.

Thank you so much! That is actually why I haven’t had a video in over a week… my hand/wrist pain 😏
Thank you, i watched this and loved it...
It is going to be my next project.
Im glad you went step by step.
It takes a min for me to see it....
Thank you🧡💛

Great idea🩷
Great block. Brenda, who created the potato chip block, will be delighted if she sees it again.
Brenda may have made it popular but she didn’t create the block it was published in 2015 in a scrappy block book
Thank you for the clarification. Either way, your innovation is awesome.@@CutandCreate
@@darleenross710 thank you, but I didn’t create this one either I saw a picture and recreated it with these measurements…
❤❤❤❤❤ love this way, not all that cut
Yes it was a lot of cutting😏💜
Excellant, thankyou , look forward to more of your tutorials
Thank you💜
Really love this variation 👍🏻

Love the block 😊
🩵💙
I love it! I am going to make this version. 😅

What is the reason/advantage to not picking up your needle when you finish a seam? Like how you feed a scrap piece through to get your piece out.
A few different things… I don’t have long threads, I don’t waste too much thread and my fabric is less likely to bunch at the start of sewing a piece!
I like it very much! Ty
♥️♥️♥️
Cute
Thank you💛

It’s not that old …I do have a 1/4 inch foot I just prefer this!

I do not have a written pattern, but I do have the cut measurements for the pieces on my members page!
Nice!
Thank you💛
What ruler did you use to cut the diagonals? What is it called? Where did you purchase it?

are you the one who used two bamboo cutting boards as a clapperto flatten out blocks
I am not but it sounds like a good idea!
What are you using as a seam guide?
