Imagine getting a second chance at life (Hank had cancer) but still not use it to get back to your creator. Some hearts are just blind.

My mom unfortunately died calling on saints and duas to Maryam etc from cancer. I remember, even as a Christian at the time, asking my mom why doesnt she pray to God instead of Jesus. She was visibly disturbed and ignored me. Her cancer drew me back toward religion and i eventually became Muslim after she passed)
Who knows? Maybe he hasn't received the message yet, allah guides whom he wills

Alhamdulilah brother Sajid has found this channel... you should talk about Hank and John green because these two are the founders of CrashCourse which is one the of the biggest channels for education around the world and they always shove the misleading and athiest propoganda in every single course, alhamdulilah since I personally know the right thing I unsubscribed to it but many muslims are going to fall for the pseudoscience agenda and I hope the dawah community target these types of pop science channels that most often affect the younger generations all under the name of "science"
That is true, i remember growing up i used to watch their videos a lot(Crash course History and Chemistry). But as a kid I never realized how subtley they push the Atheistic mind set. Alhamdulillah Allah saved me at that time from falling into this spiral of atheism in the name of science.
They have "crash courses" on Islam too. The older brother compared the chain of transmission to high school gossip.

@@chancelloryusuf He didn't make that distinction. He was being criticical of the reporting structure of Hadith, which only amounts to sour grapes given the anonymous authorship that is characteristic of his Judeo-Christian background.
Ya Allah please never let our hearts nor the hearts of our families be blind to Your truth, Your existence, Your signs, Your book, Your messenger (peace be upon him) and Your religion. Please let it be clearer than the vision in our eyes. Please allow us to believe in the unseen as if we have seen it with our own eyes without any negative emotions associated and keep us firm until the day we meet You, and forgive all of our sins. Ameen.
In his worldview, it can ONLY be interpreted as being a "Weird coincidence".

Chapter 39, Verse 67:
"And they esteem not Allah as He hath the right to be esteemed, when the whole earth is His handful on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens are rolled in His right hand. Glorified is He and High Exalted from all that they ascribe as partner (unto Him)."

Salaam 3aljkum. Did we have to pray when it happened?. Any one knows?. May Allah tabaraka wa ta3ala except al your good deeds this blessed month. Like the solar eclipse he about to finish. I just hope Allah tabaraka wa ta3ala is not pushing it away fast because we hurry in prayer. I was watching the prayers in mecca and madina even thye get up from sujud little fast wa Allah oe a3lem. Coincidence of the gap
Pls reply to prof Dave explains, he has been hatin on Muslims for disregarding Darwin’s theory of evolution or smt.
I am not sure what the issue here is. Many events, cosmological or otherwise, are coincidences as far as we as humans are concerned. Now of course God has complete control and knowledge of creation and knows full well the significance of all events. We know that nothing happens except by the will of God, but at a practical level most events simply occur parallel to each other and have no major significance in our day to day lives. For eg what is the significance of space dust floating amidst more space dust as far as we can tell? If God did not tell us that eclipses are among His signs, it would have no more significance than the rising or setting of the sun. Wrt the Green person's reaction, eclipses are predictable events so there really is no surprise regarding when they are supposed to occur.
As you said everything happens by the will of Allah and doesn't really affect our life or the condition of our hereafter to a greater extent. However ppl like hanks will reject and turn a blind eye to the fact that a Creator is behind this phenomenon and that this is one of His signs hence calling it a coincidence. I think that's what brother saajid is talking about
