    Your videos helped me pull through the most challenging period of my life: menopause, which incidentally came during the pandemic period. My doctors that made the menopause diagnosis, were too busy attending to critical cases in the hospital that I was "left to my fate". Thanks for standing near me, even within a physical distance of over a thousand miles!

    First time ever viewing this video. Very grateful for your expertise! My personal experience regarding bone loss is that a few almonds a day has resulted in a favorable bone scan. I know it's a fact because without thinking, traded almonds for walnuts. Next bone scan was not favorable. Resumed almonds daily (6-8) and voila, favorable bone scan again. Hope this tip is helpful 💚

      Prunes have boron. If you eat 8 prunes a day, you will have strong bones. Stomping on your feet 50 times a day help have strong bones too. Animal protein is acidic. The blood will withdraw calcium from bone to alkalise the blood, hence the bone will become weak because of lack of calcium. So do not eat too much meat.

      HRT can be very helpful for some women who may be struggling through the menopause but you would need to discuss any safety issues with your doctor. They can tell you any potential side effects with the particular brand and dose you are taking.

    Happy to get ur reply.....i m a short bowel since 15 yrs n i m 43 yrs old.since 2 yrs i m going thr perimenopausal syndrome.and i have entered osteoporosis since 3 yrs.i m pure vegan since 1 month....pls guide me...

      It is important to support your bones so if you are now vegan it is wise to get a calcium and magnesium supplement to take every day. Your local herb shop should be able to recommend a good one for you.

    What do you think of oat milk with calcium added? Can this help with trying to get more calcium in your diet?

      Yes, that’s fine, especially if you have a dairy free diet; a number of the milk substitutes have added calcium.

      Of course, I find apple cider vinegar particularly helpful for supporting digestion, so, it can be useful to take a small dose daily.

      There doesn't seem to be any issues if you follow dosage advice and don't have any present liver ailments. Herbal medicines is the UK are strictly regulated so if there there were any specific danger, the herb would have been banned.

      Apple cider vinegar, when taken in small amounts, can be beneficial for digestion and in turn, bone health. Just as with lots of things, it isn't advised you consume it in very large quantities.
