Good day Attorney. I am currently employed under a agreement having a 60-day notice period upon resignation. I believe as per labor laws, it is stated that 30 days notice period is enough. While it is true that I agreed to the 60-day notice period by signing the contract, can I however argue and insist for a 30-day notice period? Also, during this 60-day notice period, I could not used up me leaves because according to my manager, I still don't have a replacement to do my tasks. I believe this is not righteous
