2019 Bar exam question, the question is silent regarding the knowledge of Mr. A about the faulty wirings in the office. It is the obligation of the lessee to inform the Lessor immediately in case of necessary repairs. So is it also safe to answer that XYZ is not correct because they did not inform immediately Mr. A of the defective electrical wirings? :D
