Well said that man, rather excellent stuff! Just realising and facing my deepest hurts and inner fears now, pitty it took a relationship break up to shock me into rediscoving myself, I think this is key to all other matters in your life, fix yourself first.
This is a really really great video... All the motivation one needs to start approaching. It tells you that you don't really need to learn techniques and principles and other trivial things... because with time, if you are brave enough to face fear constantly, everything will just start flowing, from love, the place you are headed to.

In my opinion fear is not the opposite of love.Love is all there is, fear is blockig you fro realizing it.You are born, you love, you are told certain things, you dont know whats beyond them, whether its love too whether its you still beyond, and you must get certain.But love is all there is fear is just an illusion its not an opposite, fear wont be along much longer and all there will be will be love, because all there is is love. :)

That which exists as the ground and the essence of reality... what would be that which brings sentient beings closer together? what would be that which creates more harmony among them? This was a pleasant surprise! However integration is the hallmark of great spiritual transformations, going beyond dualism/polarity. So this would be for example loving your fear. Recognizing and accepting it. Fear is a part of life. If you never experience fear you are not being challenged. Being the a non-judgmental observer of your fear instead of running away from it (even if you are running towards love) is a deeply spiritual act.

Although it might feel good on its own, it kills the attraction. That's what I'm experiencing now, I didn't make any Ayahuasca trips (I'm planning to) but I've been meditating a lot. Any thoughts on that?
