    Miah: What a great tribute to your passion. Keep up the great work and stay encouraged. Mary Baer did an awesome interview and the piece was presented well.🌹👍

    This was 3 months ago? I’m a biracial person of color and I didn’t think that the color of your skin was even relevant to this day in the equestrian world? I remember watching the saddle club growing up and seeing the black girl on the show, and having a black friend in elementary school that was an equestrian. Another part of racism/prejudice is isolating a poc as a poc in quote sport or community

    the reason why not a lot of black people sign up for competitive riding is not the fault of the sport, it's a choice that black people make because they either aren't into that sort of thing or their parents convince them that it's not a black sport. Don't blame the sport

    • @JayMack87

      are you even involved in the sport to make that sort of statement???

    • @rickydona919
      @rickydona919 3 года назад

      @@JayMack87 no I'm not involved in this sport and that's my choice, my parents didn't have to convince me that this is a race exclusive sport for me to make the decision not to be interested and that's the point, instead of thinking that there are race exclusive sports or trying to convince children that there are race exclusive sports that they can't join because they're not the right race, let children make their own decisions about what they want to do

      @@larrymack2659 never said it's the fault of the sport, it's choices that each of us make, you can either make the choice to pursuit this sport or not but there's a difference between pursuing something because it's what you want to do and someone convincing you that you can't pursuit something because it's a race exclusive sport which my whole point is that there is no such thing as a race exclusive sport and stop putting words in my mouth and stop altering what I'm saying because the only troll here is you

    Why is it that when it comes to anything and everything, it's always a black person who feels like a minority so much that they demand more black people in that activity? I never hear of Asians or Hispanics making such a scene.

    • @JayMack87
      @JayMack87 3 года назад +7

      its Black History Month dummy! lol Please stop pretending black peoples' experience in the history of this country is the same as other minorities. Asian, and hispanic people typically understand what black people have gone through and are still going through. A little black girl just said she would like more black riders, and you open your ignorant mouth to seemingly combat her....smh
