I have been riding for almost 6 years and when I started I rode barrback and I had my feet strait and I still have my feet straight half the time

I was worried as most celebrities and RUclipsrs choose shady places to go riding with the worst riding instructors.
Parents, you chose an amazing place and the owner/instructor seemed so nice.

I have loved horses since I was about 3 yrs old. I got my first large pony when I was 10 yrs old. I am now 59 and I still have a horse in my life. It is a passion I never out grew. The horse I gave now is a rescue of the track thoroughbred. I adopted him when he was 3 yrs old and he is now 17. He will probably be my last but praying he will be in my life for many more years🐴

She was kind of condescending to Karolina. Ten minutes and Karolina would have it pat. I would never put her on or near a horse. Her hands and arms are worth millions. The stakes are too high.

Trainers like to "talk alot" that way they can let the student or students know that everything is fine and they are doing good.
Seeing you experiencing your first riding lesson brought back happy memories. I had a girlfriend in England many years ago, she was a regular rider and persuaded me to try it. Just climbing up to the saddle was first major problem. I never imagined I could lift my foot to the stirrup. Girls are more flexible than boys and you are much fitter than I was at that time. You have good deportment, is that a word used in US? You sat with your back straight, not slumped forward. I wish you luck with your riding. May I also tell you how much I enjoy you playing the violin. Best wishes from England.

Took my oun daughter on horse back at age 13 !! Long pants & long shirt sleeves are a must !! Horse back is a school lesson ,all of its oun !!! Love this little lady !! Angle here on earth !!! ❤❤❤❤✝️✝️

Yes they like apples. There were some horses right next to the golf course I worked at. We would bring apples from our tree at home to feed them.
Karolina is a quick study. Just like the way she learns her songs just by listening. She excels in everything she does. Such a joy seeing her smile and enjoy life.

I Admire Karolina's sense of Adventure. I would never have guessed she would want to ride a Horse! She is so sweet and loving....all the time. She makes a lot of people happy.
There is always a special bond between a horse and its rider. They are such wonderful creatures. It's also amazing how young girls and horses bond.
When I first started lessons/disciplined riding..my instructor taught me bareback first. I'm glad she did, because it teaches good balance while bonding with the horse. It works every muscle in your body too.

I wish I had this stable as a kid! So fantastic! I'm an ex rider but this is wonderfully taught. I was dragged and lost my facial skin at my riding school & none of them had this gentle level. All kids need to learn to ride

I’m an equestrian myself, you did great Karolina!
Seeing other people learn how to ride a horse brings me pride and joy. Especially when it’s someone from the city. I’m from the country and have only been on a horse 2 or 3 times but I am very passionate about riding. Only once was I on a lead but it was magical. The other time it was the in that really interesting Colorado rock area that has the kissing camels (Garden of The Gods). I was super excited because I got the white horse I wanted. Every time I have been riding except once (if I have been riding 3 times) the horse was white. My neighbor used to have a horse named Jazz, he sadly passed away a few months ago though. I never got on him, but I loved him, the donkeys Pete and Oatey, the chickens, the dogs Ellie, Candy, Marley, Einstein (rest in peace), and her two other dogs I didn’t know the names of (also Rest In Peace). It's wonderful that you got the chance to ride a horse for the first time Karolina! Well ,I almost did it too when I just turned 12,the thing that happened was I couldn't manage to bring my leg over on the saddle, so I gave up and only my brother's rode the horse. The horses name was sunshine and when one of my brothers was to try an eat a piece of my birthday cake, the horse took it from him! It was so funny! 🤣 Well, I'm so happy for you. Thanks for sharing your videos with us.
Great instructor doing round pen work before she gets on the horse. I always did that growing up to give the horse a chance to kick up its' heals without anyone riding it first.

Once I had a Henny and she was the sweetest dog ever, but she passed away about five years ago, so I still remember her. It makes me happy to see this video because I can remember her more so.

When I had my first riding lesson it all went great. So great that we did a trot. Most people don't do a trot on their first lesson! I was told I was a natural!

Watching this reminded me of my first lesson, which was only last Saturday, I had the same timid+excited energy as shown and I was also a quick learner, nailing the walk, trot, and posting on my first class!
That was so beautiful to watch karolina. You seem to have a natural love for horses, and they're so gentle for their size, and seem to love you too.
As a English riding instructor and show jumper and former student of a US Olympic Equestrian Team Member and was in Training for FEI World Cup. There are things here that annoying me about western instructors ways. She was giving praise as Karolina was doing well which is great but if you have never ridden before you should have lesson on ground manners before even getting on a horse back she just here get on this was more of a unassisted pony ride then a real lesson. When I started riding I spent a month working on ground work and grooming learning tack and how to take apart and clean tack and put back together an lunging building a relationship with the horse before I was even put on horse back then spent another month riding bareback to learn balance and proper seat then moved on to trotting then cantering then Jumping. I know Karolina is going to be doing any show jumping but she should have been started at the levels and worked up for what I learned in the past set me up to do Liberty Horsemanship and Do Monty Roberts Level Natural Horsemanship and training and I have been riding and doing all this for over 15 years and been given great opportunity to work with USEF Coaches in Dressage and Hunter Jumper and Stadium Jumping.

Oh my gosh she looks very natural! I’ve been riding for a while now and she looks extremely good! Her posture is great and her heels are dropped down, I haven’t been able to ride since I broke my wrist. I’m almost healed so I can ride but it’s kinda low key but it always feel like your flying ❤️

What an awesome teacher. So positive and her energy is friendly and approachable. I've ridden for many years, most of my life in fact and I've seen good teachers, bad teachers and those who should probably pick another job. This one is a keeper! Two thumbs way up and it looks like Karolina had a wonderful lesson. Ride on. :)
Okay let's be honest here..... YOU ARE A NATURAL OMG. Your heels are down on your FIRST lesson and that is something people struggle with. Idk if you need your heels down for western but for English you do and I'm really impressed with your skill. Everything looks great! I'm also a equestrian myself lol!

She’s a great instructor!! Such a good thing that she introduced you to the horses. Sometimes riding schools/barns don’t do that. I’m so glad she also started you off with a horse whose easy going and a pony you can get used to. Wow 🤍

Hoi Karolina, first, you have got yourself a fine and charming teacher. You have gentle 'violin' fingers, something a horse will highly appreciate. You have to learn brushing, cleaning out, so what I see, the horses are very well taken care of. Horses are just like your violin. They have their good days and bad days, They need to be handled with love and tenderness. I was a poloplayer and racehorse trainer/owner. You are a gentle and sensitive girl and it is my believe that any horse will feel at comfort with you.

This brings back so many memories! My first time on a horse was probably 1971 (I was 11). It was a group lesson and the horse “Boomerang” tripped and I fell off. The instructor was horrified, but I immediately got up and wanted back on. The instructor told my mom that it could have gone in either direction, but the fact that I took a tumble and was immediately wanting back on the horse meant I was dedicated. Poor horse, he barely got up and I was trying to climb back on. I wish I could have have a professional career in horses, but I did not have the money it took, even when I worked at a dressage stable.

I started out riding horses at 4 years old. Started with a pony and then moved on up to horses as I grew up. I've Loved horses all my life. I ended up going into competition showing Arabian horses and loved it! I can see how this girl is happy and I know the feeling so well!
