    Wow Mesmerizing!
    At 9mins already had the look . I have tried carving this wood, it looks so soft to carve the way you move your hand around left right just a slight pushing. I definitely need to try ! The imperfections scared me ! But you just worked rate through it! Overall amazing you got that much detail in such a small piece!
    I want to do a mountain man for years , but hasn’t had the look . But yours sure does

    Absolutely beautiful carving Lucas! I hope to be half that good as I’m just starting out. What size cottonwood bark is that! Looks to be quite small. Thank you!

    Like your carving, but I would suggest a different camera angle. Watching the backs of your hands way more than is liked. Great face carving. 1:11:46

      Thanks Robert! I get that for sure. I’ll see if I can set it a bit higher for the next one. It’s tough to find a spot where it’s not in my way but still gets a good angle of the carving.
