Does your serial number of the SCT start with x3 or xp ?
I bought a 04 E350 with a blown up 6.0, looking to do a 12v conversion. You need to modify the PS/12v flexplate to work or should the adapter plate (destroked) come with what I need? Also, you re use the ford sensors for the gauge cluster and tach input?
You’ll need to purchase the fly wheel with the adapter plate.
Use all the Ford sensors you can.
For Tach you’ll need to use a swap helper or a time wheel.
Swap helper uses Cummins Tach pickup
Tone wheel uses Ford crank sensor on a tone wheel off the balancer
Any problems getting the 5r110 to shift and lock up right with the 12v and what mpg you getting ?
For me it was always perfect honestly. In tow/haul I had lock up in first gear. Empty I would get 18 and loaded 11
So can you hook up the Cummins to the torqshift?
It is attached to the 5r110 torqueshift

What kind of MPG you get? Obviously trucks aren’t meant for MPG but I’m curious I want to do the swap I use my truck for work and 11mpg and filling up every day is getting old lol but I love the room my f250 has
Empty I average 18, loaded I get 10.
If i didn’t tow at all I would regear the rear and get better fuel mileage

Airdog fuel system slight injection pump mods nothing special

What's your temp like, does it fluctuate
Cummins Chevy the engine temp when it’s cold outside like it is now will stay below 160 unless I get loaded. But the little driving I did in this video it never got over 140.

It’s a 5r110 that’s comes behind a 6.0 powerstroke

@@thefumminspagerpope4452 ah. Thanks I didn't know that. Are you still happy with your 5r110? I am planning on doing a 2000 excursion with the 4r100. I'm on the fence on putting in the manual nv5600 or keeping the 4r100 or possibly getting a 5r110.
@@PopsHowTo I was very happy with the 5r110 I ultimately went to a zf6 6speed as I just wore the automatic out but I would definitely do another one with the Ford automatic
