    做瓶口融合的那位工人,常年目视火焰,应当佩戴防钠光保护眼镜,她的脸都烤红了。过量的红外线对视网膜是有害的。

    So they're not vacuum sealed, like the original glass flasks, and double-walled metal equivalents, interesting !
    I imagine maybe the heated air in the double wall will condense and create a bit of a vacuum compared to outside pressure, but still nowhere near the aforementioned other flasks.

    • @nohandleleft
      @nohandleleft Год назад +1

      Forever sealed at whatever the ambient air pressure was in the moment :-) In this case a vacuum wouldn't be of any value because they are fusing the inner and outer glass layers together rather than using a gasket to keep them separate. This allows heat to conduct which is inefficient, but the lid design mitigates this somewhat so it's a decent compromise. The goal is keeping liquid cold (or warm) for just a few hours rather than a day or two.

    • @cjjuszczak
      @cjjuszczak Год назад +1

      @@nohandleleft what are you talking about ? A vacuum would absolutely be of value, because it's supposed to to preserve the temperature for most of the day.
      In 1892 Sir James Dewar invented the "Thermos" double-walled glass vacuum flask. It was for scientific chemical experiments, where they needed to preserve temperatures, and for more than "just a few hours".
      "The goal is keeping liquid cold (or warm) for just a few hours rather than a day or two." ???
      The goal is a consumer flask that keeps the contents cold/warm ALL DAY, not just "a few hours". People leaving for work, going on a trip, from early in the morning, and finishing later in the day. Same as flasks have been made for 100 years !

      The Chinese like warm water and tea. We use double glazing to insulate it. Glass is best because it is healthy and does not contain harmful chemicals!!👍👍👍

    • @CCRoselle

      Guessing there would be a partial vacuum because of the high temperature expanded air would be sealed inside and contract while cooling.

      空气的热传导其实很差的。这也是为什么羽绒服会蓬松的原因,不是靠羽毛。而是靠羽毛纤维把空气保存住从而保温的。所以这样的杯子只要不漏气,大半天温度都不会低多少。

      并不是所有东西都可抽真空,这种双层玻璃杯中间真空就会碎掉。加热过程可以蒸发掉水汽并使空了膨胀,成形温度降下来后内部会是一个半真空的状态,而且干燥空气导热性也很差,就像现在的中空玻璃窗,实际上中间就是干燥空气。

    前些年回中國時買了一個回來, 用過一段時間後沒再用了, 保溫功能不好這點能接受, 但是容量對於我來說真的太少了, 容積大概是12安士少一點,大概一罐汽水左右,一口氣喝完還要帶著一個空瓶, 瓶裝汽水一般16安士,應該夠一次半的補水量(按我的攝入量)我現在用的是20安士的保溫壺,是在容量,便攜,和功能性之間最好的妥協。

    • @pobtpdhloz
      @pobtpdhloz Год назад

      應該是半真空。因為在封時會加熱,管內空氣熱漲,封完後冷縮就形成半真空。
      至於要多少壓力=真空,而他這樣子做會是等於多壓力,我就不知道了。

    • @user-xp1lt3rw8g
      @user-xp1lt3rw8g Год назад +5

      抽真空的話 你覺得這玻璃能承受住多少壓力?半真空而已,最後你說的應力,他封口後做了瓶口的熱處理,再有就是你說的產品價值,扶貧企業沒有那麼多資金來購買設備,沒看到生產設備都很原始麼,而且玻璃杯這種產品沒有宣傳和特色也很難提高價格,作為一家扶貧企業,不可能將資金賭在產品宣傳上,購買新的設備提高產品品質價格提高不了多少,反而會因為自動化設備而讓人失業,這就和扶貧相違背了

    • @pobtpdhloz
      @pobtpdhloz Год назад

      谷哥一下,玻璃溶點溫度和空氣熱漲的倍數,會發現查不到,我不是數學系的,那一堆公式真頭大~
      它應該不只半真空而已,應該80~90以內的真空程度~
