The Chinese like warm water and tea. We use double glazing to insulate it. Glass is best because it is healthy and does not contain harmful chemicals!!👍👍👍 I work in foreign trade and know a lot about materials~~😄
So they're not vacuum sealed, like the original glass flasks, and double-walled metal equivalents, interesting ! I imagine maybe the heated air in the double wall will condense and create a bit of a vacuum compared to outside pressure, but still nowhere near the aforementioned other flasks.
Forever sealed at whatever the ambient air pressure was in the moment :-) In this case a vacuum wouldn't be of any value because they are fusing the inner and outer glass layers together rather than using a gasket to keep them separate. This allows heat to conduct which is inefficient, but the lid design mitigates this somewhat so it's a decent compromise. The goal is keeping liquid cold (or warm) for just a few hours rather than a day or two.
@@nohandleleft what are you talking about ? A vacuum would absolutely be of value, because it's supposed to to preserve the temperature for most of the day. In 1892 Sir James Dewar invented the "Thermos" double-walled glass vacuum flask. It was for scientific chemical experiments, where they needed to preserve temperatures, and for more than "just a few hours".
Exellent video. Thank you. I wanted to see the threading process on glass.👌👌 (Its not spiral, it is helix - for whoever made the audio commentary)
Nice job and well done ladies and gentlemen, from Australia 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Great video love it.. I am From Indonesia watching this video very intresting good job✌️👍👍👍😁🙏
thanks for watching
Great video.I often wonder how great the people who conceived the process were . The workmen and women are so much skilled that the output is perfect.
Thank you for your wonderful comments
#Parabens
Ok, very good video, but the final products what are made for and where can be used???

Hello you ,video của bạn thật hấp dẫn
Cảm ơn vì lời khen.
Amazing production that requires a high level of craftsmanship because working with fragile material always requires a professional approach
thans for watching 😄
Now if there were a vacuum between the walls then you would have something.
Guessing there would be a partial vacuum because of the high temperature expanded air would be sealed inside and contract while cooling.
Nah. If there were a vacuum between the walls then you would have nothing.
Hao much

Like mama said, *USE YOUR WORDS* Descriptions would be nicer.
I'm very impressed by processing step for just a glass jug, japan always make things to another level.
China,not Japan😂😂😂

where to buy?
Made in China
Amazing product from India
The outside glass was filthy from dirt and smoke. Not once did I see them cleaned prior to being fused to the inside glass.
I am afraid that my coment can be technicaly useless, but I saw a lot of transgenders working in this factory.
