Did we uncover documents from a secret cult in this ABANDONED house

- Matt and Andy are back in Wales exploring a ransacked abandoned Cottage hidden from view! But have others missed the link to a secret cult lying in the pages of a document on the dusty shelves? Could the stone statue be from some religious sacrifice? Or is it our imagination running wild after a few pints?

Wing Commander Guy Gibson was a distinguished bomber pilot in the 2nd World War in the Royal Air Force. Easy to find on Google. He was highly decorated VC DSO and Bar, DFC and Bar. He was killed in 1944, a very brave man who was part of the Dam Busters raid in 1943.
Another great video and another Sunday morning laugh xx
❤️❤️❤️
Max Wall was a PT instructor in the RAF. Terrorised my Dad in basic training. Connections are there.
War of the Worlds - H. G. Wells. Orson Welles done the radio play in the 1930's for Halloween that caused a minor panic because some people actually thought that Martians were invading.
War of the Worlds is my favourite story. When I was younger, I used to imagine seeing tripods trundling along, off in the distance.
1984 was written by George Orwell.
The same with the over engineered covid hysteria.
Ahhh Andy took a break from his vaca to do this, what a guy! 👏 Angry Jesus floored me! 😆 Another great video! Really enjoyed!
Angry Jesus is the guy!! Lol pissed off buddha on the other Hand , he’s a right DI.. , oh actually I can’t say that
Who wants 2 be in Andy's gang 🤣🤣

SS Metagama was a passenger liner completed in 1915 for Canadian Pacific Railway to extend passenger service from Saint John, New Brunswick to Liverpool. After serving as a troopship thru World War I she resumed passenger service in November 1918 until 1931
Really interesting stuff. A number of things suggest that the bloke may have been a freemason, which isn't always a bad thing, there's lots of different types of freemasonry and I didn't spot anything to suggest they were into weird rituals and stuff.
The admiration of the royals, the religiousness and the occult books suggest this.
Occult just means hidden, so it's neither good or bad, depends on the content.
Looks like they were more focused on spirituality, science, consciousness, nature, healing and organic farming.
Great video, I am really happy to see your channel doing so well. Talking about Richard III and the Battle of Bosworth, were you (Andy) part of the modelling club at Northcliffe School when we built a model of the battle? Mr Garbutt was the teacher who did the modelling club, he told us all about King Richard III and was a very fierce opponent of the view that he had a humped back. Sadly, Mr Garbutt died of cancer some years ago, shame as he was a great teacher. The model was displayed at The Terrace. Also, the Andy Williams Christmas Album brought back some memories for me, as my parents had this album when I was a young kid and I remember them playing it. All the best, David
Hi Dave yes I was a member of the modelling club, loved it. The actual model was on display in the old ‘tents’ that were at the castle have no idea where it is now. Mr Garbutt was a great teacher.
The Key to Heaven is a prayer book. Little cards are referred to as holy cards.
The family apparently was Catholic.
Andy's'shoehorn' was a tool brought out in the 60s called a Bushwakka and was used like a one handed scythe to cut through undergrowth. Also the grandmother clock was shorter than the one shown. In height it went grandfather, granddaughter and then grandmother, the shortest. It looks by Andy's eyeline to be the granddaughter.
It's so sad to see ,shame no Relatives could of taken this house over ,just to be left to rot is heartbreaking
I've laughed so hard at you two this morning..thank you for an entertaining morning🤣🤣🤣
Glad to see you back together again.. I love to see Andy in shorts, the wig was priceless!!! Thanks for the great explore in the flying cow house
Andy seems really refreshed.
That’s the beer
So sad to see the house destroyed especially since you can see they were once house proud looking at the photo of the two people on the sofa the house looked lovely. It's a shame they didn't donate it to a charity instead of leaving it to rot.

She is in a hospital she was sectioned never came out it's been left at least 20 years I was here last week
@@the_fearless_explorer1213 So is she still alive then ? I've been researching Angela and her family but apart from finding that she never married and never had children I'm not getting very far. I've had the pin to this place for ages but don't want to go it's nearly 5 hour's from where i live. So is Angela still sectioned in the hospital ?
@@sugarsundae3400 hi I've really no idea if she is still alive to be fair. But I believe if so she would be in her 90s If I'm right
@@the_fearless_explorer1213 thanks for your reply.
The “cult” movie you’re thinking of could be “The wicker man” starring Edward Woodward, looking for missing children in the Scottish highlands as I recall, ends up being burned alive as a human sacrifice in a wicker man 👍
My first thought was "dragnet" starring Dan Akcroid. They attended a cult meeting wearing sheepskin chaps.
Great movie
The wicker man

Just found you guys and a fan. You two are a great comedic pair. Really am enjoying these. Very entertaining do not change a thing.
I have truly enjoyed watching you both, I just love the banter between you two. Even my husband (who is Dutch) really gets a good laugh with your bantering. Oh and with Markle, she isn't my cup of tea so I wouldn't worry.
I am just tickled that I found your channel again. A while back I watched one of your videos and totally forgot to subscribe. I do really love watching you two explore because there are things you find that others just don't take the time. So thank you both so much for sharing your adventures with us. 💜💜
You guys crack me up. So cool you have Bear helping out. Love your content. ❤
Looking gorgeous Andy😍😍, ready and waiting as always 😁
Guy Gibson of 617 squadron the dambusters mate. My uncle was a pilot with them.
I can't believe they didn't recognise Guy Gibson! Played by John Gregson in the film.
@@dianat119 I thought it was richard Todd. That played guy . My uncle knew guy but flew under sir Leonard cheshire
While serving with 617 squadron. My auntie looked after his dog and being a waaf drove him around. His dog was called simon. 617 squadron was known as the suicide squadron at the time. My uncle was freddy watts dfc and bar look him up if you want. He was married to my dads sister iva. He flew avenging Cleo theres pictures on here somewhere. .
@@billy2rivers1 You are right, it was Richard Todd. Apologies. I don't know where I got John Gregson from. Btw, I was a big Billy Two Rivers fan back in the day.
The 'shoe horn' looks to me more like something to chop down long grass and weeds. You just swing it from side to side and watch the grass fly everywhere. Great fun.
Grass machete.
All those pictures were so awesome to look at
Rudolf Steiner was a philosopher in spiritual science. You two make me crack up laughing...sad how it seems the owner ended up as a lonely hoarder, lots of dog food and brewing his own whisky!
A sad end
Not whisky. The kit in the downstairs fireplace cupboard is for beer-making.
You guys are hilarious 😂 spider eats the husband 😂😂😂 and angry Jesus, Thanks for making me laugh thoroughly enjoyed it! 🤗💕 BTW Occult means hidden 👍
Gotta love angry Jesus
The Battle of Bosworth. Some historians are now beginning to think that the battle may have taken place at King's field, rather than Bosworth Field, as more archaeological evidence is being found there. Either way, it is one of the most important battles in English history. Cheers.
Yes it is it’s the only battle I know alot about as I studied it at school and did a residential course about it as well
Great explore, really enjoyed it. There were some strange things in there. Thanks for sharing and all the laughs
boys and girls used to be dressed the same...essentially, in a gown/dress like thing...up until about the age of 7 whereupon boys were measured up for their britches and, as such, became britched.
That picture you saw of the kidda, could be slightly following this having happened for that boy. Girls back then wouldn't have worn britches as it would have been an outrage to decency.
Surprised Andy didn't know this...having likely been through this as a youth himself 😆
Great to watch you exploring again! The long spoons with straws are used for an especial Mexican drink. I'll try to find it and come back here. Cheers.
Andy with that wig on absolutely cracked me up 😂🤣😂 I was totally gone!!!!
😂😂😂
This was so funny,I just love the way the two of you just come out with thing's,I about pished my pants when you said Jesus looked pissed off absolutely loved this video xx

Andy at 14:10 🤣🤣 love it when he goes on 1 hahaha 😆
😂😂😂😂😂
Hi guys have a great explore love your content 💕💖❤💗
The book you thought was a bible was a prayer book. I wouldn't worry about offending people about the picture of Jesus being angry... I'm sure he was after being depicted with blue eyes and white skin! 😆 There are a few instances of Jesus being annoyed in the bible at injustice and there's a great image of him looking much angrier than on that picture you found if you search Liberation Theology (I'm a CofE Priest btw). All the 'cult' stuff was a bit odd but it seemed like they were exploring how everything in creation is linked together and that's how it tied in with Christianity (although it was a bit odd!). I love your videos as most are by younger people who don't always know the background to items etc. You never fail to make me laugh and I get just as excited as you about the small details. I know its not 'legal' to do these things but I totally would if I could!! So thank you to both of you for your efforts and interesting content. 😇
Brilliant video, what a lot of stuff left and lot of memories , photos and documents were interesting, creepy place sounding like some weird version of a Christian cult , what with those odd books, glad you went there in the day time, would been ruddy scary at night, Andy was on top form , you both had me in laughter , cracking explore, thanks for sharing 👍🙂
Glad you enjoyed 😎👍

For some reason even though you two were so funny, I found this one really sad, I was getting really tearful land I don’t ever get like that, a lot of the paper work and photos should be in a museum as this is history, so sad it’s all going to rot keep up the good work lads, sundays have never been the same xxx
The books you found are Rosicrucian. The word “occult” simply means hidden or secret.
Hey Andy Hey Matt Very strange place but great exploration see you on the next..

Winged cow is a dragon...you are in Wales lol. The mini golf clubs are drink stirrers and straws. Love you guys x

Aloha Matt & Andy! When you mentioned King Richard the 3rd, you forgot to mention how his body was found in a car park in Leicester in 2016.😳
I was wondering why there's so MANY abandoned places in Wales, and (shockingly), so far since Covid-19 started, 5,620 have died there;(from Covid)😔. Some of those places look abandoned longer than a couple years tho, I guess nobody wanted to "inherit" those places?🤔 Great video! 😊
Max Walls daughter lol you two are hilarious besides being really informative about history , love your explores , 🤣🤣🤣🤣🥰🐾🥰🐾🥰🐾
Now that's dedication!! Top bombing boys and laughs all the way 👍
What a fantastic place, I'm a bit behind just catching up.
Do you use Timotei shampoo on those lushous locks Andy? Do you wash it in mountain streams?

The glass golf clubs were for putting an olive on for cocktails.xx
Guy Gibson was part of the dambusters 617 squadron based in Lincolnshire xx and think there is a West kirby in Lincolnshire x

Women who wore wigs always had those polystyrene heads in the house. Becos you had to store the wigs on them when not in use. That was the practice in the 1970’s.
Andy Williams big hit..Moon River
Another great video guys the glass clubs are called swivel sticks for stirring drinks Guy Gibson flew with the Dambusters raids on Germany the tool Andy had u thought was a shoe horn is a roofers tool its called slater the film was called WICKER MAN

What beautiful photographs, it’s such a shame that they will rot away. It’s so sad 😞 that people think it’s acceptable to go into someone else’s home and trash their place. I could imagine when it was lived in it was lovely. You two are so funny, Andy is hilarious 😂, I love him so so much. After serving as a troopship thru World War I she resumed passenger service in November 1918 until 1931. Thats so sad Matt, they shouldn't say your a bully .. They will have to deal with me so there. 😅 Pitty I live so far away aye , one day I'll get there ....must be a ferry from South Australia. Loved that song , Ferry Cross The Mersey, not sure what the Mersey is Oh must be a river or something oh dur.
Snap i dont like markle either. I didn't know Andy had a fear of furry things 😂 xx 💙💙
Now that was an interesting house! I'm thinking the young girl in the photo was taking her Holy Communion? I wore a white dress and floral hair band for mine.
As for the bull with wings....apparently it's an "Assyrian symbol of force and domination. Pairs of these sculptures would guard the portals to palaces"....🤷♀️ still none the wiser!! 🤣
Really interesting tho
She looks too old on that pic to be having her Holy Communion. I think it's a wedding pic
West Kirby is a seaside town in Wirral, Merseyside
I love how you are up to date with the eyebrow style because of your girls hahaha
Lol! Always been a big girl , and you have to be as a single dad!
@@FINDERSBEEPERS I think it's great that you take interest, most dad's don't. They will appreciate that when they are older x
That is hair goals Andy 🤣
I’m not religious, but the picture of the girl in white wedding dress, is for Holy communion. I didn’t enjoy this film as much as your other films. I prefer your videos that really investigate. This place looks like it’s been abandoned in the 1930’s I’d have liked to have seen more of their photographs and books etc, the glamorous 1930’s woman looked interesting, I wonder if she was a writer?
Wing Commander Guy Gibson
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guy_Gibson
I wonder if that’s the same Angela Killender of Preswylfa Nursing Home, Rhyl, formerly of Pen Y Ffordd, who peacefully jumped the twig aged 81on September 2, 2019, and who was apparently a very special lady who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
You’d make a fortune selling Angry Jesus T-shirts!🤣
Apparently the winged bull/ox is the symbol of St. Luke.

The Winged Bull of Nimrod Guardian of Alexandria and the Temple of Baal.
