In my country, you park like that and you come back an hour later, you will find deep scratches on the body of your car. The driver of the other vehicle will have a tough time getting out from the space if you leave such a small gap between the parked vehicles. An average driver may get the bumper knocked and scratched when getting out from the spot.

There are cities like Paris where such parking is very common. This is why cars have plastic bumpers, if you gently touch them you wont damage the car. Many dont even put the handbrake on in Paris exactly because of that

And even if you don’t care about completely blocking someone else’s car (which I think can be reported to the police) it would be incredibly hard for the woman to get out of there herself. So again, driving it’s not about parking skills, it’s about how you interact in the streets and what kind of decisions you make while driving (also how fast you make those decisions).

It's "worst parking" sure they shouldn't be parking there, but in some european countries parking bumper to bumper touching is the norm. And that is some serously good parking skill to be fair to get it in there.
The car behind should have parked in the middle of the space as he would never get out. I would always leave 12 - 18 inches behind me so I could reverse a bit and get out. If that leaves less than a car length then so be it. Maybe a motorbike could park in front of me.
That white SUV doesn't fit there anymore, the sedan should just move a bit forward and leave no more space for other cars, that way all the other cars can park and also leave the parking without much struggle.
