We have showcased the Drax Hall Manor and Vista Del Mar, two (2) prominent and popular Housing Developments in the area, but today we feature what lies in between those two and focus on the business area of Drax Hall, St. Ann.
This area is slowly becoming an area for new and prospective businesses as there are still vast segments of unused land spaces. With the Northern Coastal Highway running right through the centre, this area makes it ideal for major developments.
This video showcases two (2) different perspective of this area; an evening flight when things are winding down and folks are headed home and a midday flight, with all the hustle and bustle of persons conducting business and going about their day.
We certainly hope you enjoy this feature. We hope it was equally entertaining as it was informative. Please remember to SUBSCRIBE to our channel, LIKE our videos and feel free to SHARE our content with family and friends. Thanks for the support!

Loving the development of Drax Hall! My dad’s parish of birth..
I think you should do a longer and extensive video of this beautiful upcoming area..
100% agreed. There is so much to unpack here.
Now I see why the goverment is planning to build an alternative road from Mammee Bay onward to Liliput, St James. That main road from Mammee bay all the way to Richmond is going to get congested with all those developments taking place.
Love to look at my parish and also my home area, beautiful view
Thank you very much @Shandie Hamilton. Really appreciate you stopping by.
Thanks for watching!
Grew up in Steer Town remember when Drax Hall was just a roundabout & kite festival was everything, who remember those days? I grew up in 2000s so hasn't been that long
Thanks for watching!
I remember when the only developed thing in Drax Hall was the gas station we now know as Total (back then it was Epping). Now it's become metropolis teeming with activity
@@the-development-scribbler yes remember when they first build that gas station to me hasn't been that long think it was about 2006-2007 that gas station open. And just look at it now
Another nice video 👏
Thank you! Really appreciate that! 👍🏼
Great upload, glad to joining you greeting from Texas 😊5:00 enjoyed
Thanks for stopping by! ☺️
Drax hall needs a park like emancipation park
Calling it from now: Drax Hall is going to be for Ocho Rios what Ironshore is to Montego Bay.
That's a very interesting take. We shall see how it pans out. Thanks for watching!
Logical because St Ann's Bay had nowhere to expand
@@DaydreamingTrack ...not sure if you are being sarcastic or not, given the context
can you film Fairway Estate a development in Drax Hall
Thanks for the suggestion. Thanks for watching!
Correction Drax Hall, St. Ann's Bay, St. Ann.
@@gbb82 I was born and raised in St. Ann's Bay. Yes, Drax Hall is a part of St. Ann's Bay as is Dunn's River a part of Ocho Rios, and so on.
@@Cooyah888 Please provide proof and not just your utterance……The fact that you were born there does not mean anything. Is there a source, a reference etc?
Yes it would be considered St Ann's Bay because we would use St Ann's Bay P.O I'm from Steer Town
@@DaydreamingTrack Proof please
@@gbb82 you head clearly tough so why bother
Whats the pond in the back for?
Vista del mar....the first gayed community in jamaica
