Really don’t worth that much I have seen much more bed rooms and s’more modern senery and notice don’t see the full bath room I would love to have large modern walk in showers thank you very much lots of improvement needed for that price..

Disagree. 1.2M is a steal! It’s a massive house, big land space and amenities. The minor upgrades wouldn’t be expensive.
