I am playing this music every morning welcoming my kindergarten students to classroom. The music brings calmness as they enter and play quietly waiting for class to begin. Thank you.
This brings back memories when I was 19yrs old attending college and learning how to play Classical guitar and I had a classical guitar compilation tape and I listen to that repeatedly
I hadn't yet heard his guitar works and am finding them delightful to hear while working! Not only a violin virtuoso but also a very fine composer. Just like Boccherini was with the cello.
What a treasure to have Paganini's Complete Guitar Music in the musical bibliotek archives. It is delightful to listen to the Guitar compositions, extraordinarily performed by the guitarist Luigi Attademo. One can appreciate the clarity and expressive melodic sound of harmony. Thank you Brilliant Classics!
17/09/19 01:35 As an Indonesian, I was fortunate enough to have been introduced very early in life, by my mother, to many great European composers ... Paganini was one ... but back then my interest was mostly with Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart, Strauss ... until this recent 'accidental encounter' with this great Italian composer ... what a blissful discovery ... can't reiterate enough the sublimity of his work that brings a deep sense of peace ... so timeless ... and so sublimely delivered by signore Luigi Attademo ... grazie signore and TERIMA KASIH BANYAK [ Thank you very much ] to Brilliant Classics !
The melody of Paganini's guitar reminds me of a group of small fish playing in the clear stream, and the splash of waves that collides against a rock gives off a scene shining like a sunbeam.
The most Versatile Musical Instrument in the World only weighing a few pounds compared to a Grand Piano, yet it can sound like an orchestra in the hands of a seasoned Guitar Virtuoso, the playing here sounds like Julian Bream = Luigi Attademo, Bravo Maestro. Brilliant Classics, thank You for sharing this.
Paganini's guitar melodies are so beautiful, it reminds that music makes our life. The sound of nature, its silence and its mystery make it fabulous to listen to the guitar melody.
I am working on Paganini's Caprices right now (well, more like struggling), and I can't help but feel that a lot of his violin writing like that was informed by his skills as a guitarist. The contorsions required to play some of those chords on the violin are what you would expect from a guitarist.
try Bach fr you are wasting your time. nobody wants to listen to you play Paganini it sounds like a type of sandwich, and who can sit and actually enjoy listening to him? it's so frantic and ur like bruh chill it's just a song god damn your giving me a headache
@@johnschilling3652 Translation: Paganini Niccolo (1782-1840) lived in the era of romanticism, in this era there was strong attention from some writers and artists to folk art, interest in ancient texts, there were even hoaxers. Paganini is known as a violinist, but he was also a composer, he wrote concert music, he also wrote for the guitar. A lot was written about Paganini, Paganini himself left an autobiography about himself, but still there were no notes recorded and published by Paganini himself, besides, he was an improviser, on the go in a concert he immediately performed music composed by him and someone from the audience managed to catch it to write down, somehow all the same they know and perform music, according to the notes preserved from him.
I heard Luigi play an afternoon concert at the 2013 GFA in Georgia, Something special about his playing . Also had some conversations with him about his amazing guitar collection. A very humble and gracious man.
Outra face do gênio!
I read accounts of his friends and students that say he never performed any guitar in public, but he always had one with him and was the best guitar player alive. Imagine that?
Gracias !!!
This was right on time, I cried out to God yesterday. Was feeling alone, being a single mom and not being able to achieve some things at my age. I know God heard me
Being a single mom already means a great achievement and superhero status! We all have frustrations regarding personal goals, things eventually work out.
...when I discovered Paganini's guitar work, I thought: what?! Its not THAT violinist Paganini, is it?? ...and of course, it is.... this is so enchanting... absolutely love it!! He does live up to the best Spanish classical composers of his time... he amazingly never lived in Spain (as far as my research shows), because the Iberian culture and soul are so captured in this... before I found out, I would have never guessed, that he isn't Spanish... and Luigi Attademo does an amazing job, playing his compositions 💖
I hear all this areas folk songs without words thankfully...the guitar sings, and from this too, some brown and red with the blues....is only right for foundation of our times folk music.......like ours here now. Wow, I loved him already but glad these things still to come; of which I still do not know. Plus, this sounds like how I'd like my guitar to sound...like what I hear in my mind... thanks wow
amazing gift for all...for lovers of music, and those who still like to try and play it. ....students...??/ thanks for placing here!!!!!! And thank of course this Paganini.
Thank you so much for this wonderful collection of Italian classical guitar pieces by Paganini. I only thought of violin music, and I was intrigued by this chance to hear his guitar music. The guitarist is delightful to listen to, and I was happy to read your liner notes about Paganini. I read more on Wikipedia, but I also would like to find a biography of him. Thank you for brightening up our Sunday dinner!
Perhaps composing these pieces requires extraordinary talent, but learning to perform all of these to such a refined level is also an accomplishment of its own.
its just straight fire all the stars 97 of 5 supremes even idk how many 100 years later well played gg epic thank you up loader and thank you senor Paganini.
Sweet thanks. This artist Luigi Attademo is the same as recorded the Bach suites solo album you posted recently... the fact that he can play all this and all those bach pieces this perfect really makes me want to smash my guitar and cry. Thanks anyways for posting it lol.
I feel your pain. After 12 years of hard work, being the writer and lead guitarist for a metal band and teacher I quit cuz I wasnt happy with how I sounded. After almost 10 years off, I picked it back up again about 3 years ago and I am now almost as good as I used to be. It is beyond aggravating.
never quit your dreams, even if you can't be good enough playing guitar (maybe you can), you'll certainly be able to do other things at the same level as he plays his guitar. And trying hard can not only make you play good songs, but improves memory, numeric sense, prestidigitation, auditory sensitivity, reasoning, etc.
Thanks for the kind words and encouragement Richard. I hope never to quit playing again, hard work, dedication and perseverance are certainly the way to get there... someday. You are right on about the associated benefits with the hard work at playing, it definitely helps keep me and the other players I know sharp and I love the logic of numbers so its all positive. I wish you all the best with what you do too.
@@philtanics1082 Richard Coelho is right. When your intrinsic attracted to play the guitar, do not quit. Make it a practice of relaxation and pleasure. Close your eyes while playing once the inner criticus shows up, tell that criticus that you are playing for fun and that he's not welcome while playing. Albert Simmons , these words i will tell you too. Do not try to make a living through playing guitar. Just close your eyes... relax on your sound, go slower... relax into it. Namaste.
it's not that good my boy. try Bach. his one well placed note surpasses all the things people think this panini douchebag accomplished. paninis frantic and emotional. Bach is clear and melodious at all times in all circumstances. Bach makes beethoven look like a sad homo-sapien
58.01 Romanza from Grand Sonata. I used to play this with my 3 brothers they were virtuoso Guitarist and the violin part is very good to accompanied the guitar and I am a very happy violinist play Paganini.....
We were always told that Paganini was just an arrogant violin virtuoso. Listening to this music, you can tell that this is just another bias. Great music, thank you!
These are highly varied, early Romantic pieces by the greatest phenomenon in music history ever to tread the stage. His pieces reflect the pervading taste in Italy at that time, which was largely operatic, and is therefore comparable to Rossini, Donizetti, Bellini, and early Verdi (ie pre-Macbeth). He had some affliation to Carl Maris von Weber, in that many pieces, including many of the Ghirribizzi, are clearly related to Italian folk-music and can therefore be classified as National Romantic in a contemporary sense. Many of the movements feature Alberti bass in C major, which can quickly give the impression of a lack of originality - an impression similar to that given by listening to ten 'cello concertos in a row by Bocchierini, for example. Judicious programming is obviously the key. In his introductory essay in the sleeve notes to the first recording of the complete Sequenzae, Luciano Berio denigrates Paganini's composing abilities. I suggst that this is a severe underestimation of the canon, based on a cursory examination of extant manuscripts and relatively few recordings. Paganini is due for a review!
Also, being a young contemporary to Mozart, Paganini adopted some of his operatic melodies, i.e. famous “ La ci darem la mano” Zerlina duet from Don Giovanni.
Si! Si! My husband of 52+ years has taught me a little Italian. But I'm very Swedish and the tribe of all the British Isles. I agree with all that you've expressed about this stunning, wonderful composer. Grazia tanto.👵
A genius remains a genius. Though, I didn't know that Paganini had ever composed for guitar. I hear these melodies for the first time. I also play guitar, but not classical music. I prefer the Beatles, Elvis Presley, the Beach Boys ... Nikola from Serbia 🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸🇷🇸
You missed a lot. Paganini’s music has been played for over 200 yrs, and will live a few centuries more. Talking about endurance! Will Beatles live that long? I doubt. As for Elvis- he is worshipped by 65-70s age group only, and very few remember Beach Boys.

I had a complete guitar works composed by Paganini published by Chatereelle edition
I am playing this music every morning welcoming my kindergarten students to classroom. The music brings calmness as they enter and play quietly waiting for class to begin. Thank you.
oh god. for the sake of all that is beautiful and innocent put on some nice Bach music, not this frantic nonsense. like fr fr. think it over.
love that idea...nice n soft though for now
Good idea, it helps me relax at work too
Sie " Banause " !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very nice! Hope they grow up to be great people!
I gave a thumbs up because of your thumbnail 😉
Very nice imagination . , whoever yo are. . I think you must be a beautiful person . :-)

So descriptive! You would make a good author
its good music
That is the pleasure of the fish
Didn't know Paganini made such catchy, breezy melodies. Great stuff
Paganini’s melodies are marvellous! Here we have true artistry by the guitarist as well! Glad to have found this!
Meravigliosa❤
Thanks to all who contributed to this collection of Paganini's compositions.
Paganini's guitar melodies are so beautiful, it reminds that music makes our life. The sound of nature, its silence and its mystery make it fabulous to listen to the guitar melody.
Sunrise to starlit nights.
Beautifully put indeed!
Helena.....Meraviglioso commento...
I'm here from twoset's video and I'm glad they mentioned this because its absolutely beautiful
Learning guitar chords and applying that flexibility to violin fingering sounds pretty genius.
I like the guitar music very much, but Paganini's guitar haunts me, I listen to it again and again, thank you!
This man looked at any type of string and immediately knew how to make it sound good.
I heard Luigi play an afternoon concert at the 2013 GFA in Georgia, Something special about his playing . Also had some conversations with him about his amazing guitar collection. A very humble and gracious man.
Outra face do gênio!
Bem pontuado
The wonderfulness and comfort of this Paganini‘s music are unrivaled, and off the charts
Not only the best violinist but also a great guitarist.
I read accounts of his friends and students that say he never performed any guitar in public, but he always had one with him and was the best guitar player alive. Imagine that?
Yep, as said by the othrr comment. Paganini was an exceptional guitarist, of the virtuoso level, however he never publically performed guitar
Guitar was his main instrument.
Paganini wrote for guitar. I was today years old. wow. just wow.

Gotta love listening to a brighter side of paganini's music
For 4 or 6 strings Paganini, now a standard, was a fantastic innovator and source for world music. Quotations are ubiquitous. Great
I'm surprised! This is some of the most enjoyable guitar music I know of. I find myself listening to it repeatedly.
Listen to Fernando Sor (1778-1839), you will like him too. He has that Schubertian touch.
This is lovely. Exactly the sweet gutar melodies to spend time with during one's day!
I hear all this areas folk songs without words thankfully...the guitar sings, and from this too, some brown and red with the blues....is only right for foundation of our times folk music.......like ours here now.
Wow, I loved him already but glad these things still to come; of which I still do not know. Plus, this sounds like how I'd like my guitar to sound...like what I hear in my mind...
thanks wow
The subtle melodies fill my hearing with joyful bliss
Nothing boring here! These composers could do anything musically, and very well.
Genius at 14:48 & 1:59:32

amazing gift for all...for lovers of music, and those who still like to try and play it. ....students...??/ thanks for placing here!!!!!!
And thank of course this Paganini.
Thanks for discovering. A real pleasure! I didn't known Paganini's music for guitar...
It was his hobby together with his friends.
Neither did I!!!!

This Dude IS Paganini on guitar 100%. Thank you! Nice, nice, nice. Ok. Beautiful. 😁
its just straight fire all the stars 97 of 5 supremes even idk how many 100 years later well played gg epic thank you up loader and thank you senor Paganini.
Sweet thanks. This artist Luigi Attademo is the same as recorded the Bach suites solo album you posted recently... the fact that he can play all this and all those bach pieces this perfect really makes me want to smash my guitar and cry. Thanks anyways for posting it lol.
I quit playing my guitar a long time ago because I could never play well enough after years of practice...
And trying hard can not only make you play good songs, but improves memory, numeric sense,
prestidigitation, auditory sensitivity, reasoning, etc.
Namaste.
What a pleasure! Thanks so much!
Just so clear without embellishments. Subtlety taps into archives of collective memories.

Hace poco descubrí a paganini y no puedo dejar de escuchar
Sublime. Such colour and movement in every piece..
We were always told that Paganini was just an arrogant violin virtuoso. Listening to this music, you can tell that this is just another bias. Great music, thank you!
At @00:43:09, I hear Rossini music....should be La Cenerantola....also appeared in many ensembles works in Rossini..
I love this music and I love it Ed.
So soothing for my soul~
Thank you ☀️
These are highly varied, early Romantic pieces by the greatest phenomenon in music history ever to tread the stage. His pieces reflect the pervading taste in Italy at that time, which was largely operatic, and is therefore comparable to Rossini, Donizetti, Bellini, and early Verdi
(ie pre-Macbeth).
Also, being a young contemporary to Mozart, Paganini adopted some of his operatic melodies, i.e. famous “ La ci darem la mano” Zerlina duet from Don Giovanni.
it's weird. He was so soft on guitar. Then you hear his violin pieces which directly demand you if anyone was challenging him😂.

Hello
A genius remains a genius. Though, I didn't know that Paganini had ever composed for guitar. I hear these melodies for the first time. I also play guitar, but not classical music. I prefer the Beatles, Elvis Presley, the Beach Boys ...

Same here. Only knew Paganini's violin pieces. Happily surprised to find this nice music for guitar and an excellent player at that
You missed a lot. Paganini’s music has been played for over 200 yrs, and will live a few centuries more. Talking about endurance! Will Beatles live that long? I doubt. As for Elvis- he is worshipped by 65-70s age group only, and very few remember Beach Boys.
@@stonefireice6058 Beatles still going strong at 60+ years, so I'm not so sure about that
