Another thing to note is that for words ending in “a”, he usually drops the “a” and substitutes it with “er”.
Spatula becomes spatuler, formula becomes formuler.

This voice is really fun but it makes me cough a little. It feels like it is clearing out all the gunk in my throat!!

So I can do his voice almost perfectly, however when he yells I tend to struggle because it seems when he screams or yells he keeps his distortion, which is very difficult for me to control when trying to push it out, not sure if control of airflow or something but not sure why I can’t achieve his screaming or yelling as well

wow this is a really good break down although I don't understand how to do things like "overcompress" my voice or use my "false vocal cords." Is there a tutorial that explains how to do this type of techniques?

I’m surprised you’re doing spongebob Series characters. (Yeah, we know what the spongebob laugh is thanks to the actor now, that’s all). I wonder if there was a possibility to have your lessons be taught to a group and they can make a fan-made episode. And If I was part of said group, I can be mr. Krabs or squidward. Great job though. You’re helping many people, I know.

I actually just thought of something. Some voices may have a lot of distortion involved with the false and true vocal cords but actually don’t have much resonance in their voices so most of the work is pretty much done with distortion.
Like for Mr. Krabs the larynx is raised and the front of the tongue is pulled back but both of those are only very slight. And unlike most voice breakdowns the soft palate for Mr. Krabs is neutral so it could be neglected for this voice. The false vocal cords and excess compression are a lot more cruicial for Mr. Krabs than a lot of his other components
