Removing the EGR assembly is a difficult job too considering that most of the bolts are restricted and tight.

Ive had a i20 D4FC 1.4 CRDI before only removed then intake twice and cleaned it in 280000km. Sold it after 9Years, Zero issues with egr and was never removed for cleaning. It did have one (EGR) However the intake is metal/alluminium , i now have a Creta 1.6 D4FB, intake and setup exactly the same also metal intake as on the D4FC. Only oil ever used on i20 D4FC was 5W30 and i did all maintanence myself.
That's remarkable.
It's a great explain 👍👍
Thank you very much!
Can i do this in kia carens IV diesel 2016
Hi
i liked your all video's
will you plz make one video for idle power
thanks your follower
Thank you so much!!
Unfortunately, the car wasn't mine. I will take note of it once I got the opportunity.
Unfortunately I didn't get to do this , my intake manifold melted , i guess because egr got stuck.
Perhaps that could be it. Continuous heat got into the intake manifold. There could be a lot of factors on why it happened. One is that it could be dirty, to the point that the gate valve of the EGR couldn't move. Second, it could be a faulty solenoid valve somewhere. Try checking with an OBD scanner to try pinpoint the problem.
@@DraftProject the only code it's throwing is regarding the turbo overboost or underboost something like that but i guess thats because of the few holes in the intake manifold
Please state the engine!
Sorry for that, the engine is a 1.6L D4FB CRDi.
