His vocal range is D2 - B♭5, he reaches an F5 here, with the scream, but he can do higher in his chest voice (he doesn't do it often, tho, probably because he knows it can damage his vocal chords, so he mostly does it for stacking vocals in the studio in his album). He's a baritenor, as in, he's allegedly a baritone but he can actually reach quite high notes so he's often classified as a baritenor.
In this song, he's mostly hanging around the G♯4 to B♭4 range, and he has plenty of songs where he sings in his chest voice in the C5/D5 area. I suggest Cinema and Daydreaming to hear more of that. He does lower the keys of some of his higher songs live because his touring schedule is quite grueling and he could easily damage himself.
This tour he's sounding quite exceptional. This song in particular:

Would love to see you react more to Harry! His performance of 'Boyfriends' at the Howard Stern Show is amazing, beautiful harmonies with his band. Also, his drummer is Sarah Jones. Harry actually spoke in this interview with Howard about how this is "Sarah's band", he's just the frontman and that she's one of the two first things people comment on after a show.

Omg you need to listen to more Harry because that's not even the top of his range. Try Matilda. Harry honestly had a huge range and one of the best voices on earth. All of the covers he does are very true to the artists version. He had great ones. You could honestly choose any number of his songs and be very impressed. Sign of the times live at graham norton. Adore you also graham Norton are great. Boyfriends on the first take. Matilda for sure you give you probably his highest end.

Harry always have the same band.
Now it has changed a little more, because he has trumpets. But the ones who have been with him from the beginning are Sarah Jones, the drummer, and Mitch, the lead guitarist.
Mitch is also a collaborator of Harry on his albums, and he is credited on all 3 of Harry's albums. Sarah also has some credits.

Funny that you were focused on the drummer. During Harry’s Stern Show interview, Harry said that is Sarah’s band. So it’s all about the drummer LOL.
Will you please do another CheVelle reaction? “Sleep Apnea” or “Roswell’s Spell” would be great.

Harry Styles - Kiwi (live in studio) (1. album)
Harry Styles performing Sweet Creature (Live in London) (1. album)
Harry Styles - From The Dining Table (Live In Studio) (2017) Best Quality (1. album)

Harry Styles: NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert (2. album)
Harry Styles “Daylight” Live on the Stern Show (3. album)
Harry Styles - As It Was - Live from One Night Only in New York (3. album)
    beautiful covers:

At the end of the vid you hear Harry confirm that this is the first time they have played this. So your point about him possibly being nervous at the beginning of the song, wondering how it would go, might be spot on.

Well, it’s true to the original, but their voices are pretty similar in tone/raspiness, so I wouldn’t call it an impression. That’s the way he sings.

Check out Daydreaming (from the album premiere on his channel), Fine Line, Boyfriends, Matilda, these are showing his range a little better.
As people mentioned here already, it's indeed his constant band, he always performs with them. The basis, the drummer and the lead guitarist are with him from the very beginning of his solo career (about 3 years by the of this video), although basist had been replaced by now. Keyboardists were new addition, the one in red clothes (her name is Ny-Oh) was with the band during second album's promo and most of HSLOT, which is Harry's tour for 2nd and 3rd albums that is going on for over 2.5 years :)
He connects with musicians a lot, hypes them up any chance he gets, in example, during his 4 nights at Wembley stadium, that are going on now, all his band opens for him showcasing their solo works each on different day. I think it's pretty cool that he does it.

All of the instruments and vocals sound sooooo dry. So dry, the vocals sound worse with a touch of reverb. Each instrument sounds like it’s processed through some 1998 free plug-ins in Cakewalk. The drummer is the only one with some liveliness.
