i know this might be a little late, but my BFF and i have decided to do the beginners calendar and im in love! i would do workouts like once a week before, but I LOVE having it mapped out for me. Im on day 3 and feeling addicted. Yesterday evening after i did ABC abs ans POP Pilates for beginners: ab time, i felt so pumped because my stomach was tight and i was feeling so happy and excited i did the call me maybe mighty squat challenge and legs on fire workout because i had tried them in the past and LOVED them. For anyone who cant find motivation to exercise, you've come to the right place. print out the beginners calendar, force yourself to do it and you will be SO HAPPY and HOPLESSLY ADDICTED! i woke up early this morning to do fat burning cardio warmup and the total body Pilates with Ana Caban, and will most likely be doing more workouts in addition because EXCERSISE IS ADDICTING ESPECIALLY WITH CASSY! love you cassey, you've made a difference in my life.
I tried this and it was absolutely amazing! I used peanut butter instead of almond butter and used four chocolate chips for a little bit of extra sweetness. Although i recommend using a spoon or your finger even to scoop out an area to put the PB in. Whenever I cut it with the knife it made it very difficult to get the PB in there and trying to pull it apart actually caused me to break my banana.
Cassey great recipe but just a tip; That banana IS NOT ripe! Unripe bananas are full of starch making it harder to digest. Only eat your bananas when they have big freckles all over!
Im sure that baking the banana brings out the natural sugars and makes the desert sweet hence a ripe banana would be perfect so it's not overpowering. Just a thought.
The way it's floating in almond milk reminds me of this Vietnamese dessert I had that was like a banana with coconut milk and tapioca. It looks delicious, thanks!

Possibly a desert guilty pleasure recipe too with fruits? Just a thought! I would also want my son to enjoy it, unfortunately he's allergic to nuts :/
You can also leave the banana in the skin, cut it open to fill with almond butter or chocolate pieces and eat it with a spoon. And top with ice cream :) works great for bbq
you should try my little oatmeal pancakes! make some oatmeal from 1 dl rolled oats and 2 dl water or almond milk. I find it turns out best if you cook the oatmeal on the stove. allow it to cool and whisk in one egg and one tbsp of flour. i use spelt but you could use almond or coconut. then fry them off! they are delish! also really good if you add some cocoa powder or carob to the batter :)

Cassey, I love to eat healthy too, but recently all the rave is almond and coconut which I'm allergic to. I always opt for silk light original/vanilla (for the protein) or cashew unsweetened original/vanilla milk (for the lighter calories).

I'm sure she knows that, but a lot of people (such as myself) don't like bananas when they are ripe and are covered in freckles. Its gross.
