This screw is to cage the brake, and it's temporary to allow you to work on the chamber or either replace it. If it's defective, it needs to be replaced. I didn't think you could leave this "screw" in place..
I have absolutely no idea what you just showed me this video a lot more explanation and showing where to break the part down from the tire is not helpful at all

CROWN ROYAL you are right it can’t stay there forever, this is just a temporary to drive to mechanic and fix it.
