  • We attended an unbelievable Chinese New Year celebration in China! We were completely shocked by China's Spring Festival in Guangzhou and we take you across the city to some place we did not expect in China! Join us on another incredible journey in South China.
It's Chinese New Year here in Guangzhou China and today we are heading back out into the streets to see what we can experience for the most famous holiday in China!
We start this video by heading to a famous Guangzhou walking street trying to go to the restaurant with the best dim sum in Guangzhou but... it was closed... so we looked around for a second option where we were able to find a restaurant selling some Cantonese food so we tried Cantonese white chicken for the first time and delicious chinese fried buns. We left the restaurant got some more Chinese Milk tea and headed out to a new area of Guangzhou that was very unexpected. There were still futuristic chinese buildings, mixed with the peaceful and calm feel of a clean suburb. Super interesting!
After that we went down to check out Yuexiu Park where there was a Chinese New Year Lantern Festival. We got our ticket and walked around the INSANELY crowded park. Where we saw some amazing Chinese New Year lanterns and devoured so much Chinese street food! We were planning to watch the Chinese New Year Guangzhou Firework show but sadly trying to leave the Lantern Park was harder than we expected. It was filled to the brim with people which resulted in the Metro being completely backed up and unable to be used. We ended up missing the firework show but went back to Beijing Road in Guangzhou to finish out the night with some futuristic chinese vending machine ice cream, the best milk tea we tried so far in China, and eating at one of the highest rated restaurants in Guangzhou china!
What a overwhelming day in China!
    #China #ChinaTravel #ChineseNewYear #Travel #TravelVlog #guangzhou
We got on the Guangzhou metro and headed out to the Chinese Suburbs. It was an incredibly peaceful area, very clean, and with so much open space

2, It’s empty at night, because it’s pure tourists area. And most importantly, that’s New year, technically new year last for over 15days, no one willing randomly hanging out at night during this most important holiday.

I like watching a variety of China videos. Ones like these that show all the good things about China and I also like watching the ones that attempt to show the massive problems there too..

Just don't fall for obvious propaganda channels like serpentsnake and china uncensored. Life in China is much better than in canada and I'm going back in a few years.

26:01 - 29:02 What you're tasting is "hot dry noodles", a famous street delicacy from Wuhan, another tourists' mega city in central China. Your taste of "peanut butter" should be sesame oil. And the unique texture of noodles comes from the prep-process of cooling cooked noodles mixed with sesame oil.

Chicken was most likely steamed not boiled and the sauce is made with ginger and green onion and onion cooked in oil not butter. Enjoy

26:20 This is hot dry noodles. It is a representative food of Wuhan city and is usually served as breakfast. In Wuhan itself, a bowl of noodles probably costs less than 5 yuan, but they are more expensive in other provinces.

That white chicken with garlic-ginger sauce is called Hainanese Chicken. Both Malaysia and Vietnam have something similar and equally tasty.

      并不是。这是白切鸡,也可能是白切鸡配葱油或盐焗鸡。跟海南鸡的蘸料完全不同。

The steamed chicken has to be eaten with a bowl of steamed rice and vegetables then you will feel super good, it's my favorite Cantonese dish, of course, if you drink some Chinese rice wine when you eat it even better.

Good morning lads. The chicken you're eating is poached chicken, not boiled chicken. Poached chicken refers to slow cooking under low heat.

I know Duck would be jealous with these two new characters. I’m certain that he'll do something crazy to Rodolfo and the thing like Sponge Bob. 😂😂😂
Duck's network is getting bigger... beware.
