@immanueljohn, you are very welcome!! I'm surprised there aren't more recipes without sugar. I guess people have become so used to adding it. But it's really not at all necessary, the bananas are so sweet. It tastes better without it!
@@alexcagg have you tried our recipe? Given that sugar is really bad for you it's nice to try to minimize it when possible. Try making our bread and let us know if you still think it's necessary!!

Yeah the brown sugar helps to make the crust of the bread have a nice snap and flavor.
