      In Canada its unconstitutional to impose life without parole. 25 years is the maximum until parole eligibility . (25 to Life) It could be the same the State he's in. Doesn't mean he wont serve actual life.

    • @promazinthc7481
      @promazinthc7481 3 года назад +25

      It depends about that parole...that is only one of all those charges, so I think they will run consecutive ( sentence after sentence, first will be 15, than another 50 and another 25 after that...if he is alive ) but if it runs concurent, all sentences are running in the same time with the biggest one which is life ,so he will get a chance of parole hearing after 25, but no one will let him go out on first parole hearing,belive that.)

      drink me just because he's eligible for parole in 25 years for that particular sentence does not grant him parole for the other crimes he's already doing time for. Not to mention if those 3 particular "Rats" he has crossed out can be linked back to him he'll never be going anywhere other than maybe to lethal injection. Dude is gonna die in prison

      @@kalel21675 lol naah - lethal injection bruh they ain't going to spend one needle of it on him. Other sentences or crime's Don't Matter. I was just talking about this particular verdict of his. In which Mercy is specifically mentioned. Justice system has been changed, people are getting out of henious crimes now days by just serving a little time. He may be get charged later for more, but I'm also sure that he will be out in next 15 20 year's if the case continued or else as said earlier a good lawyer can make him achieve his freedom

      @Sixth RUclips Account So Far Noob, that was the last sentence for life, that he was eligible for parole. He'd have to serve all the other guilty verdicts first which totaled 102 years and then serve this last 25 to life; being eligible for for parole after year 25. He looks 25-30 so he'd be at least 152 years old when he'll be eligible for parole, haha.
