MBT-70: Tank from the Future

By the mid 1950s, the USSR became a behemoth of tank construction. Countries of the socialist bloc operated tens of thousands of cheap and effective T-34s, T-54s and T-55s. At the same time, NATO member states were more about quality over quantity, relying on expensive vehicles produced in fewer numbers, like M60 tanks.
