Yay you're back! But also glad you took a break those are important and needed. I feel inspired to pick up some history books now. Gideon Falls sounds great!
Good to see you back Justin and sometimes we just need a break from reading to get fired up again. I’ve read some great translated fiction lately through the Invisible Cities project this year from a bunch of countries I’ve never read from before.
Nice to see a video from you again! There are a few interesting titles you read :D As fun as reading is, I think it's good to take a break from it sometimes and focus on yourself!
We all have time when we fall out of reading for different reasons and honestly breaks are healthy so good that you took that break and focused on other things. Glad you're back though!
I mean, I ghosted BookTube from March 2020 until like three weeks ago, so you're in good company. It's nice that things have been picking back up for you. A lot of people seem to have struggled in the Feb-May period, but I know I did and I keep seeing videos saying similar things
I plan to read The Conductors this summer and The Dead Are Arising in the fall. My top reads from the last few months are: Teaching My Mother How to Give Birth (poetry), Aya Love in Yop City (part 2 in a graphic novel duology), Are Prisons Obsolete, and Earthlings. I'm glad you're doing well and welcome back.
I am currently reading The Dead are Arising. It’s for the Booktube prize, so I can’t say much about it. I will just say that so far, I am not disappointed.
Welcome back!!! I’m watching this video as I read because, it’s mad soothing hearing you talk about books! 😊
welcome back~ i'm looking forward to the conductors review video! thanks! 😊
So happy to see your video in my subscription feed 💛
I get in those moods as well. As long as you’re taking care your mental health, we can wait.

Welcome back! A lot of non-fiction reading which is awesome. Great to hear your thoughts. Gideon Falls sounds intriguing. :)
