    15ml = 1 table spoon
    5ml = 1 tea spoon
    Please note : Cup measuring are really tricky, so all gram to cup conversions are approximate

    INGREDIENTS Ø 15cm / 6 inch
    150g ( 5.3 oz ) cream cheese
    50g ( 1.8 oz ) dark chocolate ( 50% cocoa )
    60g ( 1/4 cup ) milk
    3 egg yolks
    Pinch of salt
    40g ( 4 Tbsp ) flour / all-purpose flour
    15g ( 2 Tbsp ) cornstarch / corn flour
    5g ( 1 Tbsp ) cocoa powder
    3 egg whites
    80g ( 1/3cup + 1 Tbsp ) sugar
    1/2 tsp lemon juice
