    I absolutely love this design, you killed it!! Your Halloween designs are officially iconic. The colors you picked were perfect, definitely giving the 90s Halloween (and also total Scooby Doo vibes). I think if you hadn’t grabbed the last skein of purple you could have done the sleeves purple and black striped, but definitely agree that the black contrast for the cuffs and ribbing looks so good with the all purple body. Looking forward to next year’s design!

    this came out so sick!!!! if you wanted to still incorporate bats somehow and were planning on redoing the collar anyways, you can always try to make the collar look like bat wings!

    michelle i wanna thank you for inspiring to start making crochet clothes in panels instead of just in the round, it's really upped my crochet doll clothes game! you've also influenced me to do a lot more tapestry work, and i appreciate that a lot!

    I love it! You're a very talented designer: you'll get better as you learn by doing & eventually you won't have to spend 2hrs on a moon, you'll be able to just do it. BTW, I would have frogged back to make something more perfect, too: don't think it's just you. There are others of us that think, "But I know it's there!" or "But I can see it!" It's tough being a perfectionist, lol!😂 Great vid, looking forward to your next! 😊

    Talented. Brilliant. Amazing. Showstopping. Spectacular. This reminds me SO MUCH of the intro to the original Scooby Doo cartoon that I watched while growing up and it’s absolutely amazing! I can’t wait to make the pattern!

    for the loops&threads yarn, I think the old packaging and the new packaging are actually two different kinds of acrylic yarn, because the old one has less yarn and costs more than the new one. i also feel like the new yarn is slightly thicker than the old one, but the new one comes in less colors

    You don't have to take it apart. When you make a tiny mistake, just stitch over it with a taperisty needel. The moon can also easily be corrected with orange yarn, the it looks even more realistic and full.You could still add bats, skeletons, pumkins, a gravestone and a sweet witch.😊
    I love your work and take inspiration from it.

    There needs to be a program for crocheters to make a tapestry design that has an offset grid instead of a normal one. It would make designing way easier because it would look more like the actual crochet will

    If your need another purple skein try another Michaels. I am in Quebec and I was able to find the same dye lots at 2 different stores so I was able to get enough skeins for a blanket I am making. In fact I even found matching dye lots in the Michaels in Cornwall I needed for another blanket.

    I love the sweater ! I also really like the pound of love and recently used the black to make my dad a Harley Davidson blanket and EVERYTHING was sticking to it. Hair threads lint etc. but nothing stuck to the orange yarn I used (also Lion brand but not pound of love). The amount of stuff I took out of the lint trap in the dryer was appalling lol

    Orange cuffs would have been cute too! I love the house, looks super comfy. I think having it be 1x1 instead of 1x2 for curves and going down to 3 rows of edge would be the best for me, I’ve made a lot of perlers so it kinda lends to tapestry. 😂

    I love your videos I found you by scrolling through the crochet section of RUclips and fell in love with the energy you have. 😀
    I have a question as well... what app did you use for your pattern, ive just started looking at tapestry crochet but i cant find a good app to use for the patterns on my amazon fire tablet have you or the comment section got any good suggestions if i cant use the app you use on my tablet.

      I use procreate on my ipad. But basically i just make a grid the size of my project and then free hand draw my design

  • @adriennepyle7625
    @adriennepyle7625 10 месяцев назад

    What program are you using to graph this out? Anyone know of an app where you can put your photo or drawing in and it turns it into a graphed out piece? I don't use Apple products. I prefer Samsung for the customization abilities and split screen, picture in picture etc capabilities. My phone and my tablet. I have a free beading graph app i use to make earrings and such. But I'm never sure how to get these projects going. I'm math stupid, and I crochet the way I cook. From the soul.....no recipe. Just go for it. So making more rigidly patterned projects is tough for me. But i really want to start trying.

    I saw this little hack where you can melt the points of the safety eyes after securing them and then flatten the points with the lighter. I meant to comment this on your last vid but since it’s still relevant lol
