Like the folks in this video, we started our RV search at the dealership where Jim used to work - because we had watched his YT videos! Our search didn't end there though, it ended out in the mid-west with Jim doing an in-person inspection, negotiation, and retrieval of the RV of our dreams! I cannot recommend Jim's services highly enough, and if we ever decide to buy another RV we're definitely talking to the RV Concierge first!

He talked with us for a few hours about basically a dream we have of owning a Renegade Verona LE, knowing we weren’t ready to buy. Didn’t bother him a bit. He was happy to share his knowledge about the products and just getting to know us. Jim and Abby you guys are awesome. Keep up the great work !!
