Revenue and profit are two entirely different things. How much of that $165 million was spent on salaries of the employees, resupplying products, shipping, production costs for the show, lawyer fees, security details, building rent, and other operating costs? Unless you juxtapose those two things you really aren't making a substantive argument. NBC generated a revenue over three years of $108.9 Billion. After all of their liabilities, the actual profit is $13 billion. So what should be deduced about NBC knowing that information? What exactly is it that the Prosecution is insinuating?

All I know is when I was into Infowars and all that I bought some liquid , colidol or something like that and I almost literally died my heart was racing the whole nine yards I never brought anything again from there I tell you that.
You don't even know what you bought and consumed lol

@@cperez358 Crack. You were smoking crack, and I'm pretty sure you didn't get it from the infowars site.
Bought not brought. Possibly a side effect of the unknown liquid you consumed.
Jones should be forced to pay the $150M. Wish he would spend a few year in prison.
why does it feel like the judge and the lawyer are on the same side?
Why does he get to leave court whenever he wants
Bahaha I'm guessing Alex said something about "Income isn't revenue" cuz all the lazy brains are repeating it
Yeah, less we forget that he gets himself expensive watches to "dress as a satanist". So I have a spurious unresearched feeling that not every penny that he made went to spending & there was a lot of profit to keep...
Because it's true and the lawyer clearly knows this and is trying to show a big number that has no meaning without input costs. And it works on 90% of the population ... probably you as well.
And where's the lie? It's true l;ol
@Edwin If that were true, he would have to show a graph or something which demonstrates that he only sold lots of product when covering sandy hook, and not so much otherwise. No, the lawyer is just lying to the gullible jury and public who doesn't know the difference between profit and revenue. The ultimate goal is obviously to shut down platforms that aren't controlled by the people behind the pandemic.
Or we're educated and you just discovered the difference between revenue and profit.
They portray Infowars as some sort of anomaly in media that advertises to bring in revenue, which is btw much different than profit margin. I wonder what that was in the 3 years?

Its important for the definition of deformation and establishing how much money they made when deciding punitive damages
It's a hit job on free speech. Making him the fall guy.
Where's the congressional law allow the state prosecution to operate in the court room. Same goes with the judge.
That lawyer looks like burger planet lol
First of all, the products infowars sell are good. Never have I once regretted a purchase from them and I've spent thousands over the years. If I ever do wish to return something, they have a no questions asked return policy. They are not out to rip anyone off. If all of American business operated in a similar manner we would all be better off because of it. Second, Alex is not constrained by advertisers which is a huge plus when freedom of speech is a primary reason for tuning in. Alex is constantly telling his audience to make up their own mind and is constantly citing his sources. When he provides his opinion, it is just that, his opinion. His audience is free to agree or disagree with it. How is that EVER a bad thing? Alex and the good people at infowars deserve every penny they make and then some.

Love him or hate him, Alex is the most successful conspiracy entrepreneur that’s ever played the game.
I'm pretty sure the celebrity evangelical types (Falwell, Robertson, Graham, the Bakkers etc.) have (or had) him beat by at least a few billion dollars. Jones is just one among many, although he's not explicitly religious.
@iron threads3 is msm is not?
Most of what he talks about isn't even a theory.
@@hellooutsiders6865 Most of it is the truth?
Exactly. That's why they had to deplatform him. It's common practice to silence those spreading "conspiracy theories," especially when the conspiracies are about to no longer be theories. Can't have people hearing that, so must destroy him.

Absolutely, unequivocally a despicable company. He has destroyed lives with lies. He has caused extra grief , pain and humiliation to families whom have already lost so much. I say a prayer for all involved . This is truly heartbreaking and reprehensible!
Do these people have nothing better to do?
If ever I’m in that position every time the sleazy lawyer says “so you would agree with me ……” I’d just wait because that’s a statement not a question. It’s just one of those things that grinds my gears! 🤣

Impeach the judge And send her to Guantánamo
okay how much does cnn, fox, nbc make?
This trial is a joke.
Relevance ? I assume the reason this is coming up is because Infowars profited off their defamation of the Sandyhook families.... To what degree might be relevant to how much they are due in damages. That is just my guess of why this is coming up.
Waaaaay more than that
