as a heavy Shortcuts user (i think this is a solution for evernoters who doesnt want to change notebooks' titles for sorting). Home tab doesnt seem to work for me. i wish federico (& evernote team) give love on Shortcuts in the future. 1. putting star icon also on notebooks (tags, stacks, etc) that are in shortcuts. 2. to be able to put "dividers" for visual categorization. 3. a "divider" that you can place anywhere that acts as a place for new shortcuts item will appear (instead of just appearing at the bottom of the shortcuts list as a default).
Interestingly, the version of Evernote on my iPads do not have the mobile homescreen. The app on my iPads open in the widgets, just like the desktop app.
Evernote is "getting there" much improved. The audio transcription on iphone IOS seems to think I am WELSH ( Im english) many had same problem when reflect notes introduced transcription same with Tana.Others have experienced the same. Needs tweeking to allow for a language to be set in settings.
@@vladcampos Hi Vlad, I have tested this thoroughly as I use transcription frequently within other apps and am methodical in my approach. Here are the findings from my tests: Recording and Uploading an MP3 File: On iPhone: Transcribes to English. • On Mac: Transcribes to English. • On Evernote Web: Transcribes to English. Recording an Audio File Directly within Evernote: On iPhone: Transcribes to Welsh. • Example transcription: "Yn ymwneud â'r rheolau hyn, bydd unrhyw weithiau'n cael eu cymryd mewn amser anhygoel, o ran y rheolau sy'n ymwneud â'r cyfrifiadau. Gall y risg o'r cyllideb, pan fydd y cyfnodau'n eu cymryd, fod yn cael ei ysgrifennu gan edrych yn fawr i'r ysgrifennu'r cympas o'r ysgrifennwyr sy'n ymddangos." • On Mac: Transcribes to Welsh. On iPhone (Evernote app on iOS 17.6): Transcribes to Welsh. Additional Tests: • Wife's Recording: Same issue with Welsh transcription despite being from a different UK region. • Recording within Evernote on Mac: Transcribes to English without issue. Conclusion: The issue appears to be specific to the recording function within the Evernote app on iPhone( iOS 17.6). Comments: Reflect Notes had a similar issue initially. Their solution involved specifying the language within the app and providing a block of text to "train" the Al. • If you have contacts at Evernote, could you share this feedback? It seems others are also experiencing this issue. • Support tickets and forum posts do not seem to yield substantial feedback. Thanks for your help

If you're viewing the list of your notes but have not selected a notebook, the 'Pin to Notebook' option is not displayed. If you have selected a notebook, it is displayed.
@@vladcampos Yes, thanks. When I first tried the feature on my iPhone, it didn't work. I wondered why until I discovered that I hadn't selected a notebook. I use Tags rather than Notebooks, so I usually have not selected a notebook.

Missing Create Event option. This would be awesome.
Also missing that. Let's hope we get it sooner than later.
I completely missed the 'Pin to Notebook' action too. Thanks for pointing it out!
You are welcome 💚

That's the expected behavior. Maybe Bending Spoons decided to keep it like that because of the screen size.

I'm now curious. How to know it thinks you are Welsh and how does that affect the transcriptions? It gets things wrong?

Hey Vlad!, What is that green keyboard? Thank you
It is the Android default keyboard. There's a setting to change its color. Here everything is usually green, so I change it. 😊💚

That's how the feature works. You can only pin and see pinned notes inside a notebook.
