- I unbox and test kitchen gadgets, to review them and try them out. Is the VeggiChop hand powered vegetable slicer any good for cooking? How about the rotating push mixer whisk? I also check out an oil dispenser with brush, an oil sprayer and a pickle hourglass jar!

I agree as well, but I reccomend using knifes for cutting other fruits, vegitables or meat as gadgets don't always work on everything.

I’ve got the hand whisk and honestly it is brilliant. Works very well, easy and great for people with fine or gross motor impediments and it’s easy to clean. A solid 9.5 out of 10. 10/10 for a dual whisk version to make it even more effective
Ditto. It is one of the best kitchen gadgets I've got. Whisks things really quickly.

Of all the Kitchen Gadgets that you've reviewed, this batch is the most efficient of all. I liked the intelligence placed by the inventors and manufacturers of these products. I love the hour glass pickle jar the most!
I have a very similar rotary blade cutter but from Tefal, it serves well.
The "don't submerge" part is due to the string catching on water and possible weakening.
Tefal also has this mentioned but in case you happen to submerge it there is a small cover you can unscrew with a coin or back of a spoon, put it on a warm surface and allow it to dry out.
Also, the oil brush gadget: I've found that storing olive oil in a non-tinted glass will make it go sour.
I recommend wrapping some shading film on top of the bottle, helped in my case.
You dont need the new tiktok style of editing, we loved it how simple your videos used to be. Please keep them thay way

We even used your simple pop pop boat idea at school for our science activity because I showed my teacher your video. I got quite busy the last couple years but I found you again today and I'm glad to see you're still making content!! Keep it up, man!!
I'm surprised how well many of them did a decent job. The pickle dispenser and spring whisk were quite clever, but I really liked the oil brush dispenser. Thanks for posting. 👍
With the oil brush I would be cautious about brushing food and putting it right back in the container. Other than that it looks pretty ingenious!

the spinning chopper really works! I got as a stocking stuffer and thought it was junk so put it in cabinet then pulled out months later and learned this is the best thing in my kitchen! Easy to use and works every time!
Dave, what do you think about making a video showing only multitasking gadgets? Where one gadgets does more than 1 or 2 tasks. Or maybe about the biggest gadgets? Your videos are simply unique to me, it doesn't really matter what the video is about, I will always watch it

I have a hand chopper that uses a crank and it so nice to have. I use it all the time. It even has a separate gear ratio for making whipping go faster.

My grandma had a push whisk back in the 80's...i remember cookin with her as a kid and bein fascinated by it..
I have one of those pullstring choppers and I love it! It's perfect for chopping lots of onions. It's easier to just peel and quarter them and then to put them into the chopper than it is to handchop like three pounds of them by hand.

When it comes to the oil brush i suggest pressing the pipet when it is NOT on the holder so you don't aerate the oil as much. That avoids it going rancid sooner 😇
This is those videos you put in front of your ipad kid to get them to be quiet for an hour but for adults. Good, quality sludge, just what I need in these trying times.

I've used one of those pull string choppers for years and they're great, you just gotta try to avoid overfilling it or it will end up turning part of it into mush while having unscathed pieces in there. I usually fill it up halfway and dump the choppings out in between. Still prefer it over a knife because it's easy to clean unlike some gadgets

These Gadgets are awesome.
The Onion Cutter I use since 2018, and I cut the onions in 4 pieces before cutting it.
With garlic and some spices (salt, pepper, paprika, sugar) and oil it´s a perfect marinade
The Mixer whisk I use for eggs.
And I don´t like pickles, but it´s very genius how you can use this jar!

3:17 spring action whisk
i have one of these! (different one from what is linked) works great but bits of egg will get stuck in the twist round part and you'll have to use a scrubby pad to get it out.
for cream of whatever soups it out does everything else. being a guy i'm not much of a cook so i haven't used it for much else. but it does get used several times every week.
hands down the best quirky kitchen gadget around.
6:40, we have those same bottles for oil in my cooking classes at school. Very useful gadget

I was born and raised in the Bronx but the Puerto Rican in me is fuming right now.
I'm glad you demonstrated the spray bottle. I have just bought 2 of a different brand as l like using them to spray cookware. l was very disappointed that the 2 l bought didn't spray but only squirted. I had seen the one you demonstrated online as well but, wasn't sure l wanted to risk another failed purchase. Will be a bit less reluctant about buying them now. I especially like that they're pressure sensitive too. Thanks.

That plastic tip on the spring whisk is actually ingenious, earlier versions didn't have that tip, and it damaged glass bowls and measuring cups
I've got a spinning whisk and it does work very well. I like the look of the hand powered vegetable chopper. It should be really useful for chopping fresh herbs. I like guacamole too.

It was painful to watch to the end because i just got bombarded with pops text and other edits, I normally really like your content but if this editing continues i will probably never watch again

More and more RUclipsrs are editing videos like this just so they can easily turn them into shorts and attract the younger audience with a 10 second attention span, its too much
one thing about that is the attention span of children, as these videos are for all ages, more for young people, so I'm guessing that's why.
(Or maybe it's just for the quality)

I have had the whisk for a long time and LOVE it.
Veggie chopper-not a fan of the one shown but i absolutely love the one from tupperware.
Food waste bin- cant use it so idk, i have a pull out garbage can.
Whisk- id love to try this one.
Pickle container-i want this!
Oil dispensers- i have the spray one for coating baking sheets and muffin tins. Works well and i can just use my regular olive oil
