I'm in EMT school right now, got my first ride along in about a week. I'm excited and nervous, part of me wants to see the crazy stuff and the the other part of me doesn't want to see any bad injuries.
@@daniellekilbourn9490 I did not see my first trauma until I got my first ems job. During my road emt training I didn’t get any trauma or traumatic experiences. Now being an emt for a year and currently in paramedic school, I can say I’ve seen things people could consider traumatizing. Everyone has different experiences though
I just started my EMT class. My dad is a paramedic/firefighter, and my mom was an EMT. I basically grew up in the fire house, and knew I wanted to have a career in EMS/Fire since I was little ❤ I was actually in a Facebook group a while back and saw you posted some of your videos there as well! I'm so excited and ready!!
I hate private ambulance service so garbage I give mad respect to all the medics and emts who are working in the private’s and put up with shitty Dispatchers and managers.
If you have Facebook, I'm the admin of this group here, there are almost 12,000 providers in there, I would ask there maybe someone went personally! facebook.com/groups/emtsofamerica

Yes, some work on that overtime
I got a puppy and HAD to clean up his “accidents” that’s what helped me
Thanks doc
