    I am struggling with this Rebecca Dishman... Part of me is like, "Oh, the poor thing was scared to leave or speak up!" but then I hear the other evidence and look at the totality of the circumstances and it seems to me that she's probably just as sick!! I wish she weren't so mentally stunted and soft-spoken because it overshadows the facts!

    This is totally shocking, two very sick people. He is very scary looking. Poor Jennifer having to go through that torture. May her Soul RIP. This is such a terrible case and they both must stay in jail. Very sick and demented. She said she was scared of him but then sends him numerous love letters from jail? Wtf

    This case sounds like it’s straight from a horror movie! How is this real life? The defendant is so creepy looking. I can’t imagine his face being the last face I see, as he is torturing me. This should be a death penalty case. Absolutely sickening case.

    He got excited seeing the fear in Jennifer's eyes. Dishman disassociates so well, it's not fun for him and he can't get excited when she is like a log showing no fear. Her survival depends on this emotional block. She's been conditioned.

    This first states witness is so lost. It’s like she doesn’t even know her niece which she probably didn’t but if they were trying to make it look like she had family. They did a horrible job by putting this women on the stand!

    Rebecca has places she could go back too plus she said she was on Facebook so she could have even reached out to the ex that contacted her about Sean so she could leave but know she didn't do that she participated. She is almost as sick and Sean imo glad she is locked up. She could have run for help for Jennifer but oh no she "loved Sean" what a piece of crap.

    This entire case is horrifying...he jad a previous case years before "that got lost"..in which he had kidnapped a woman and held her captive for several days, there was enough evidence to substantiate those allegations ..but the court dropped the ball on that one. If they had prosecuted that case he may have very well been behind bars and not able to kill..

    I've been a CNA for 16 years and there is NO WAY she could've worked for 2-3 yrs without being certified. She said she couldnt pass the test so she was fired. So in reality she was an NA, not CNA. You can't work past 120 days, i believe, without passing the test so she's lying about that too.

      I think the defence kicked up a fuss because it was when he was in jail for a previous offence. Defendant was currently in jail awaiting trial for this case so that would have been admissible. In trials the jurors shouldn't be told about a defendant's prior convictions although in this case one doesn't need to be Columbo to work out he's probably a regular visitor.

    She just as guilty as he is. Idk what kind of drugs she on but she sure is calm asf and doesn’t seem to be affected by everything that happened! And she still loves him!!! WTH!!!! She could’ve easily let Jennifer go and takeoff and report that monster to the police, but she didn’t.     Tortured and left do die for a month. When she was testifing for prosecution she made it seem like it lasted for a few days. She seems to have some cognitive impairment or something. Very disturbing

      I feel like since she has already been sentenced for her charges she knows she has nothing to lose now. Potentially doing what she felt she had to so that she didn’t implicate herself maybe when she originally talked to the police.

      After Sean was arrested his mother lived with her daughter. Both mother and her daughter (assuming it’s Sean’s sister) have passed away.

      @@pingu5455 it was briefly mentioned by one of the law enforcement officials - no details were given. Because details are sketchy I believe the purpose of the trial is to keep Finnegan off of death row. I am just guessing that he was not offered the same plea deal of life in prison. It would have been more difficult for the jury to give Dishman a death sentence because she obviously has a very low IQ.

      @@pingu5455 A law enforcement person mentioned it briefly. I believe Dishman was offered a plea of life because it would have been more difficult for the jury to convict with a death sentence. She’s just as guilty as Finnegan. There is also other charges relating to SA of a child. We may hear more about that later - it may prejudice the jury to bring it up during this trial.

Listening to her testify to the horrendous things she and SF did to Ms. Jennifer Gail Paxton, are almost too painful to hear. The defense thought dressing her like a "tween" would diminish her appearance of culpability. But, they were mistaken⚖️

      I mean, yeah, she was dying. She wasn't in her right mind, and her son was a freak torturing women all the time with varying degrees of consent without anyone dying. This was likely typical behavior for her to witness, sadly.
