All of the above, but she is just like my Narcissistic Brother was. He plotted & planned ways to hurt the family. We had to lock the doors! He didn't drink, but he was dangerous. I moved 5 states away! He ended up jumping off a building.
Psychologist said she had no family support. Sarah relied heavily on her ex-husband for support in every way. She would even spend the night at his house sometimes when she was fighting with Jorge. That's why she called him first and begged him to come over before ever calling 911.
Me either. As for the stab wound, it wouldn’t surprise me is she was trying to stab Jorge and when he tried to force her arm ( holding knife) away from him, she stabbed herself
The judge should have interrupted to ask this psychologist "would you like to take a moment to compose yourself?", since her voice is always quivering like she is on the verge of tears.
This lady reminds me of a much more likable and professional version of Alyce Laviolette from the Jodi Arias case. She had many meetings with the defendant but conveniently did not ask for explanations on very important details.
Exactly what I was thinking. Putting all the blame on the victim, flat out lying about her having ptsd . This psychologist is just a paid hired hand. Everyone of JA. Defense witnesses lied and just crazy.
@@wakeupmaggie0558 I would find it interesting to hear this psychologists response to the same question the jury asked Alyce Loviolette.... "On the evening of 2/23/2020, was Sarah the greater perpetrator of domestic violence?"
Regardless of all the history, and if they've both got an alcohol problem and both get agressive with each other, Sara left a man to die in a suitcase. Whether intentional or not, her actions directly led to the death of Jorge. She should have accepted that and taken the manslaughter deal.
She was so "afraid" afraid of what, Jorge was trapped in the suitcase unable to breath, why didn't she called the police? And why did she go to sleep, how could she sleep with so much "fear". She is a lying psychopath. The defense lies, lies and lies.
I hope she plans to retire bc her biased showed. And, she showed she didn’t do a complete exam by speaking to Brian and Lukas or other witnesses. She took Sarah’s word as gold.
Also when she "assessed with assessments' those are some rather flaky tests and the test commonly used to evaluate were not given. She also neglects the 4 axis needed before you even look at diagnosis in the DSM V.
Sarah Boone is an enabler. She knew that both of them were alcoholics yet still drank. He didn't force her to drink it or pour it down her throat. And how do we know where those injuries came from? She could have fallen from being drunk. I don't buy the BSS. It was mutual combat between both of them. So what that she had a rough childhood or no friends/family. Many people do but you dont see them putting someone in a confined space. And the video of Jorge hitting the tv is irrelevant. Not once did I hear her say Jorge stop it. She knows exactly what she is doing.
The state should have dug into her relationship with ex-husband and son. You just know it was always about her and he will never get away to have his own life. Ive been with a narcissist and her behavior was a mirror of his.
Ms Boone's behaviour when testifying reminded me of Shanda vander Ark. Both have flat affects when describing difficult circumstances and both emphasise their intellectual abilities and achievements.
Sarah needs to know its against the law to murder someone you dont get out of jail for a murderer she tortured him while he was zippeed up he knew he was going to die what a horrible way to die
So this scared battered wife stood there & videoed a raging abuser smash a tv without shaking herself and this abusive man just let her film him? It makes no sense. He clearly looks broken in that video and is following her instructions
What a load of B.S. The prosecutors could hire their own psychologist that could offer entirely different conclusions whose findings would be just as valid as the defense's psychologist. That's how reliable psychology is.
She did not talk to anybody who was in Sarah’s life to confirm Sarah’s stories. She could’ve talked to Brian.. the neighbor… his family. Who knows Sarah told her 🙄

What was her diagnosis BEFORE all this?
That's exactly what she covers if you watch the video that's right above your comment.
You know I really have an issue with her lying about PTSD because I have a really bad case of it and there's all kinds of medications not like Xanax or anything like that I have to take two minutes my symptoms or I have a horrible time horrible I can't go out like I can't get through an hour because it's so bad for me and what the event goes on and on the attack then getting attacked I just have a hard time I used to buy new clothes instead of wash them now I have that temporary washer I literally pants up and freeze up literally and this is unacceptable and there was no act I don't know what the judge is talking about I really don't understand why he allowed this because the ACT was trying to survive that was the ACT
Where was the PSTD when she was touching the suitcase?
Exactly!!!
None of these disorders or isms, is a hall pass.
I cannot stand this defence because it's a lie. Infuriating
How do you know? Were you there?
Yes, we effectively were there considering the defendant recorded her own crime.
“I assessed her with assessments.”
The therapist flipped her folder over almost as many times as Sarah flipped over the suitcase.
She's referring to standard assessments.
Bs. She is a classic narcissist. The facts of her actions bear this out.
A person has to meet 5 out of the 8 criteria. If she displayed 7, she can’t technically be diagnosed.
@@godislove4540 - I don’t care what books say as they are as imperfect as the people that write them. That is why there has been so many revisions to the DSM. I don’t care about what people say. Actions speak louder than words. I watch actions. This is what matters. If you disagree with me, please tell me how many changes have been made to the DSM. I know how many. I did the research. That is why discernment is so critical.
She manipulated her ex husband for her own needs and failures. She is a user. She cares nothing for her own son.
@@truthbetold6942perhaps you need to tell the committee that you're writing the next one then because you know better than any of them
She could only spot 3. She is terrible at her job. I blind dog would have done a better job at spotting more than 3.
How much did they pay that doctor to say what Sarah Boone wanted
250 to 300 dollars an hour sounds about right.
What is this murderer writing she acts like she's an attorney. 25 to life
This isnt even a matter of "guilty or innocent" it is just seeing what charges will stick and how long her prison sentence will be
Yep.
But in Sarah Boones mind she is innocent and will prove her innocence, she truly believes she did not do anything wrong and it was an accident. She is truly a narcissist.
….and, it was UNINTENTIONAL!
Know that!
This "expert" appears to be a patient rather than a doctor. I don't buy any of this. She is not a battered partner, therefore she does NOT suffer from battered spouse syndrome. This entire defense is a mockery of the Justice system
I agree.
+1
lol. She does seem a bit “off”.
people will sell their soul for enough money
But but she 'assessed her with assessments'.
Trauma or not, we are responsible for our actions. We are also responsible for our own healing.
Yes, great point also!
Once the man asked to get out, the game was over. Then it became murder. She’s a weirdo.
"Words are her weapon?"
She used a bat and a bag!
The excuses for her behavior will create more criminals on the streets.
Agreed!
What president does it set if she gets off?
Horrible
And if words are her weapon, explain that Brian said she would assault him?
And that's exactly what we are seeing, more crimes and criminals
@@Enoughalready20237 I missed that, sure doesn't surprise me.
Ray Donovan - "Do you want the bat or do you want the bag?".
This woman has only testified for defendants and is clearly bias
I was watching/listening to it live, and the State absolutely tore her to pieces! She got busted lying about narcissistic traits that Sarah has. Definitely tried to be an advocate for SB
Just a hired dingdong that wouldve said anything for money.
@@michelleharper2940really? Video?
Any psychologist that doesn't diagnose this woman with clear narcissism, is a quack.
At any time Jorge was in the suitcase she could have called the police or even left the home and called the police. She chose to kill him.
Analyzing her psychopathy doesn’t give her a free pass for killing someone, accidental or not.
Cant help but wonder if this psychologist's "opinion" of defendant would be different if she(defendant) were the one in the suitcase.....
Or if she weren't paid
They get paid for their time...
That would then be a bias and her testimony would not be valid🙄
That psychologist was paid handsomely for her testimony.
She will never be used again after that disaster lol talk about selling your soul to the devi....
This is everything wrong with psychology and the DSM today.
100%
Yes
Nope. This is what's wrong with greed. This psychologist is here for money. As a psychiatrist I can't listen to her.
Narcissism IS NOT Sarah’s problem. Demented, Psychopathic Personality Disorder is her problem. I can’t stand Mr. Owen.
Oh I so agree
All of the above, but she is just like my Narcissistic Brother was. He plotted & planned ways to hurt the family. We had to lock the doors! He didn't drink, but he was dangerous. I moved 5 states away! He ended up jumping off a building.
His lack of common manners is quite shocking Clears his throat over a mic without excusing himself.
If anyone, Jorge was probably the one with battered partner syndrome. His alcoholic partner Sarah was constantly victimizing him
They were both alcoholics!!
Cool outfit.
This psych is kinda terrible. Did she imply that PTSD and personality disorders are mutually exclusive?
I’ve said the same thing!
Psychologist said she had no family support. Sarah relied heavily on her ex-husband for support in every way. She would even spend the night at his house sometimes when she was fighting with Jorge. That's why she called him first and begged him to come over before ever calling 911.
I'm not convinced Jorge made those injuries.
They were both abusive .
They were both abusive I think but she is such a liar I would not be surprised if she didn't hurt herself and blame him.
I don’t think so either. Not even close.
Me either. As for the stab wound, it wouldn’t surprise me is she was trying to stab Jorge and when he tried to force her arm ( holding knife) away from him, she stabbed herself
I think she’s a sloppy drunk and hurt herself as a result of intoxication many times
Imho
She had a lock on that zipper too, she did it to watch him suffer. Now she acts all innocent and oblivious
Why does this professional sounds scared shitless?
The judge should have interrupted to ask this psychologist "would you like to take a moment to compose yourself?", since her voice is always quivering like she is on the verge of tears.
She’s SO nervous for being an ‘expert.’
The way she smiles on stand- enough said honestly
Zero accountability for behavior in this trial. What a load of B.S. excuses.
Who hasn't got PTSD these days, it's the latest fashion.
Everyone is on "the spectrum" now too 😂
@@HerMajesty1yeah, they're calling it neuro divergent and everyone has it now! Who knew mental illness was contagious 🙄
Yep!
Uh..... weird comment
@@tranquility9325 Not at all, it so misdiagnosed .
This lady reminds me of a much more likable and professional version of Alyce Laviolette from the Jodi Arias case. She had many meetings with the defendant but conveniently did not ask for explanations on very important details.
Yes! My thoughts exactly!
My thoughts 100 percent !!!
Exactly!!
This psychologist testified in Sigfredo Garcia's penalty phase trial in 2019.
Didn't help him much did she?
Regardless of all the history, and if they've both got an alcohol problem and both get agressive with each other, Sara left a man to die in a suitcase. Whether intentional or not, her actions directly led to the death of Jorge.
She should have accepted that and taken the manslaughter deal.
I was with an acholic abuser for years. The things he did would make you cringe. However it never crossed my mind for one second to take his life.
This is a paid witness. Sarah Boone is a textbook narcissist; the PTSD diagnosis is utter BS.
Basically every expert witness in any case is paid.
She was so "afraid" afraid of what, Jorge was trapped in the suitcase unable to breath, why didn't she called the police? And why did she go to sleep, how could she sleep with so much "fear". She is a lying psychopath. The defense lies, lies and lies.
7:52 and low self esteem, most of us have NO self esteem, Sarah has more than ENOUGH.
This must be a BetterHelp therapist the defense hired 😅
And She’s probably a “life coach” on social media 😂
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Omg lolll
Victim blaming.
None of her diagnosis excuses her torture and murder of him.
She also neglects the 4 axis needed before you even look at diagnosis in the DSM V.
they weren't shocking 🙄
I’m don’t think you all understand who Sarah is, she is a straight A student! An excellent mother to her son, she excels at everything she does 😂😂😭
What she did is wrong..
I can't breathe Sarah ..Sarah Seriously? I CAN'T FU...KIN BREATHE!! SARAH!!
Quackery
So when Sarah is stressed out she has a stressful, murderous, voice. WATCH OUT.
What does ptsd have to do with murder !
Many of us have PTSD and anxiety and we do kill or zip up other humans 😷
She’s a turnip - who’d have known?!
😂😂😂
This hired gun is pathetic, can’t even talk, such a liar 🤥
The fact that she didn't take the plea bargain is the most disturbing thing to me. It also solidify's her narcissistic behavior and clinical diagnose.
My background history, emotionally, STINKS, but Im a caring, compassionate person to animals & humans
This “doctor” is insane
She is Sooo nasty unimaginable She doesn't seem to care she killed a human..
The milton lawyer from Florida panhandle is shade as fk
The state should have dug into her relationship with ex-husband and son. You just know it was always about her and he will never get away to have his own life. Ive been with a narcissist and her behavior was a mirror of his.
Ms Boone's behaviour when testifying reminded me of Shanda vander Ark. Both have flat affects when describing difficult circumstances and both emphasise their intellectual abilities and achievements.
They both seem to have conveniently selective amnesia too.
Thanks, I have forgotten about Shanda, but yes you are right.
I have a hard time believing anyone will take this woman seriously in the future.
Sarah needs to know its against the law to murder someone you dont get out of jail for a murderer she tortured him while he was zippeed up he knew he was going to die what a horrible way to die
She fits all the criteria for NPD in the DSM5.
Seems to me like the dr is covering up for sarah
So this scared battered wife stood there & videoed a raging abuser smash a tv without shaking herself and this abusive man just let her film him? It makes no sense. He clearly looks broken in that video and is following her instructions
The TV was probably broken and she gave him permission to destroy the TV and now she’s claiming she was ‘terrified’ of him.
Doc is really sticking to her story.
Either way, Sarah's actions do not exhibit the behavior of a battered spouse. Torture is not part of it.
Omg this woman is on my last nerve. She is obviously a paid witness. 😡😡😡
What a load of B.S. The prosecutors could hire their own psychologist that could offer entirely different conclusions whose findings would be just as valid as the defense's psychologist. That's how reliable psychology is.
Harper has zero integrity. She advocated for that goblin, not shared an evaluation for trial purposes
We have all had trauma
She did not talk to anybody who was in Sarah’s life to confirm Sarah’s stories.
She could’ve talked to Brian.. the neighbor… his family.
Who knows Sarah told her 🙄
Wow, imagine losing ones professional credibility for someone like Sarah Boone.
WAIT. Let me understand this. So, she has PTSD & clearly Alcoholism. And does that mean it's OK to lock someone in a suitcase & murder them????? I have Complex PTSD from severe childhood trauma, Depression, ADHD making like totally suck at times, but not one bit of me would inflict pain on others like she did. Give me a freaking break. This is B*LLSHIT.
My neighbor is a very prominent psychiatrist where i live but cant say her name because i respect her privacy ...but anyway ive been watching all this sarah boone stuff with her ...and she litteraly was disgusted about this " doctors" diagnosis towards Sarah and said she could poke alot of holes to her testimony etc .. she didnt even want to keep listening to this doctor 😅 i kinda forced her too
