Suspecting Emilio since the first time he appeared on the screen and so far I'm only getting more and more convinced that my gut instinct may be right. So far I'm rather unimpressed by this season but I still wait impatiently for a new episode every week so thank you for everything that you're doing!
Spoiler: My primary suspect at this point is Olcay. She managed to get caught in the car assignment just before she would have brought in the most amount of money. Given how important the 750 Euro car was to earning money having it get caught was a simple way to keep a lot of money out. Giving up the Black Exception: If she was a contestant giving up such a powerful weapon would be a foolish move to make. If she was the mole then giving up such a weapon could be a way to deflection suspicion. The things with the 500 euro notes in the episode 2 market assignment (not getting both 500 euros and wasting time in the process). The 06 bulldozer which could also be seen as the letters OG. My other suspects are Stine and Simone.

Wow I don't know if my life is just busier this year and I can't put as much thought/time into this but I am really struggling to find some mole suspects. I'll rewatch again to pick up lilting things. General thoughts below (spoilers obviously) So I personally want to rule out Loes, Oclay and Jan. Jan is fairly fanatic/classic guy there to just enjoy the game and try hard (we usually see one or two each season). Loes is getting a lot of confessionals so she feels like the "narrator" of the season (I feel like she'll get far as a result). Oclay I just don't see producers picking someone with her natural temperament as the mole, she is very impulsive, controlling, loves to be in the forefront. I love the idea of her being the mole as it would really be a "different" mole this season though. Maybe I'm thinking too much about all this though haha. This leaves me with Stine, Ruben, Simone, and Emilio. With such little money its hard to "follow the money". So just going by my gut, my order right now is: Simone > Stine > Emilio > Ruben > Loes > Oclay >Jan
My main suspects after three episodes are: Emilio, Olcay and Stine. I find it strange that in the intro Emilio is the only one without a green reflection. Maybe it's just a coincidence. Olcay seems very aggressive in her actions and Stine seems soooo confused :P

Such a tough one to pin down and hard to interpret the results of some of the assignments too! For example in the opera challenge, we didn't really get any clue as to how/why they messed up and in the flying/questions challenge we aren't really sure who answered what and how they did, we just know the final result. Hopefully more assignments will bring forward more suspects!

Man, I wonder if it's editing, because I feel like I feel like I frequently rule out the executed player before they leave.

She also lied about her boxes, drove the 750E car and got blocked right before the destination, didn't use the Mole book, messing around in current exchange task and alway went to pee. But I don't know, after this episode, I felt that she is not the Mole. Maybe I'm wrong.
For me the one I suspected the most to be the mole (up to this point, at least) has always been Olcay, even from the very first episode where she gave an unconvincing response when she was being told that the other team was in Kiev (as if she already knows that the five duos were scattered over the five countries). This episode in particular further confirmed my suspicion though, especially when Olcay gave away her Black Exemption to her ally (as "the mole has no use for the Joker or the Exemption"). I don't know, as sure as I am De Mol by itself is indeed a game of many twists and turns so things might go to an unexpected way as the journey goes on.

Did Olcay lie or tell the truth in that one challenge? Stine was saying after it how "well, at least we told the truth and got rewarded for it", so at least she is convinced they told the truth. Olcay also said in confessional the exact same thing she said to the others (500, nothing, exemption, 500). So if she lied in the game then she lied in her confessional too, unless she just got it wrong somehow. Box 1 Simone opened and had -500. But then, another wrinkle, I think Jan opened box 3 thinking it was box 2, and got the exemption that I think Olcay actually told the truth about? So confused. Can anyone help me figure this out? I think it's important because they showed both the scene of Jan/Simone saying Stine/Olcay lied, and Stine/Olcay talking about how they told the truth.
