If Nathan turns out to be the mole, he should get into acting. When Buddy pulled a red card for him his face was so.. honest. As if he had already accepted the fact that that was it for him. That seemed so real to me. I do think there's a huge chance that it's actually him.
He is really fanatic tho. I don't really think he's the mole because he always goes for the money. I do think he is going to make it to the finals

This episode actually, made things complicated for me. For one, my Mole is Rob. And when Nathan was taking the test and said he thought everyone was suspicious, except Rob, and still advanced, it made me think. However, I'm going to try not to overthink it. Last season, I was on Merel as the Mole and the way the editors edited the show made it seem like people were getting out by putting Merel on the quiz. So, my Mole is still Rob, and I think Leonie was the one who would've gone home.

But if your Mol is Rob, how would Leonie be the one going home since she was spreading on Mil and Rob. And she is one of the few that does suspect Rob. If Rob is de mol it doesn't seem logical to me that Leonie would have gone home.
@@jed9739 No, Leonie said that the 3 candidates were Nathan, Rob and Mil. It's pronounced in a weird way but if you listen she said she thought Rob was a candidate

In the factory assignment the correct answers were 7, 3 and 3. Although buddy seemed to mention those numbers before he gave incorrect answers which is obviously very suspicious what would happen if you took the correct answers and add them together instead of multiplying them. You get 13. What is the 13th letter of the alphabet?: M. There is only one contestant whose name begins with an M.

Just some bad lighting it seems as someone lightened up the image and there are indeed a red card and green card, it would be hard for Rik to pull a trick of swapping cards like that in the open environment they were in!

Totally unrelated, but since you understand Dutch, can you look at what Leonie said about who she picked as her mole? She said something about: er is 1 mol en 4 mensen. Ik ben zelf niet de mol, er is iemand anders wel de mol, dan blijven er nog 3 kandidaten over. Dat zijn in mijn gevoel nu Nathan, Rob en Mil.
And then what did she say? She said something about Nathan not the mole, and did she suspect Mil and Rob? Thanks!

Great great episode! I've enjoyed this season so much better than last. More exciting challenges and better contestants. Rik seems to be warming up to the host role too. I LOVED that they got to compete against the mole in the laser challenge. I always love it when the mole gets singled out in challenges like this. Was on the edge of my seat at the elimination! To me, Nathan has to be the mole. Everyone thinks he wins all this money but on rewatching episodes you can see a trend of maybe winning some money but not a lot and he has picked up envelopes with negative money more than once. He reminds me of Jan because he seems to put in a lot of effort but never for a big reward. Biggest tell was in the teapot challenge when he went up to collect the money even though the team seemed on the verge of betting for the value of the tea set (which was worth 2700 euro vs the 1500 they won). I will be shocked if he isn't the mole. I am in the proverbial tunnel XD
I'm with you. Mol like Jan or Thomas, they did earn money but not much. People think they were fanatic but not really. I'm full on Nathan since last episode and then I re-watch every episode, you see him were in key position and did not earn much. In the first one, he was in the same truck with Mil. His truck had Euro mark, which meant if they failed, no money went in the pot. Even when Mil found out the solution, he still agrued with her where to park the truck. And the second one, Leonie was blamed for failing color canon task but who was with her in that group? Nathan.
@@Paradoxinee My thoughts exactly. Mil literally did all the work in getting them out of the truck in the first episode. As for the color cannon, I think he could've disconnected something under Leonie's nose and I doubt she'd notice XD The laser game challenge this episode was a shining example of his gameplay: he was obviously very competent but got distracted from hitting targets for money because he wanted to get the mole out, even though that ended the game for no benefit. I bet the group lost a fair amount on that challenge (definitely more than the 250 euro he earned by skipping the tai chi/fan challenge). And completely unrelated but the special effects during the laser game challenge were great.
I think Mil was destined to be eliminated this episode but since Nathan went first he was able to 'save' her. I hope she does better next week because she's one of my faves! And it's interesting his bond with Rob has dissolved. It's typically around this time in the season that the mole's bonds are broken up (usually by the other contestant getting eliminated) and the mole is left alone.
I'm stoked about next week! I think part of what has made this season so great is the heavy decrease on jokers and exemptions. Other seasons had a challenge practically every episode with a joker or exemption give away and this season there's only been like 2 which makes them more special. Excited to see an exemption next week be successfully played. And that glass bridge gives me the heebie jeebies!

I feel like if this was a hint, (or a decision that the mole daringly made) it would be a bit obvious, but I feel like it's still worth pointing out that in the first game they had to count red carts, the word red, and red letters, and one person is wearing a bright red...
And 733 spells red....same mole Ive had from the beginning

Is the assignments harder this year or what? In the 1st assignment with cars it was easy to mole and get confused. There was also non colour related words in the cars did somebody notice those and know the meaning those words? I'd like to know those :) I think they did decent there and had all the knowledge they need but didn't contribute enough! The 2st assignment with photos was so hard to remember and also easy to mole so they wouldn't win any money. 3rd assignment laserwar with mole was intereting and what I think everybody else won money? except the mole and that's why:
While my 1st mole suspect have been Rob all the way in this episode Buddy looked so suspicious. At the execution twist was awesome and did anybody notice that the red card was upside down so the mole would know which is which and it would be easier to choose right one.
I think I'm leaning towards Buddy at the end but I think it's either Rob or Buddy. Nathan (what I have seen) have bring too much money in to be the Mole. Also I think Mil and Leo are playing and their Molling have been so obvious that I think they won't be mole.
Btw. have there ever been final 3 with all same gender? Usually it's 2-1 so just wondering if there's been 3 guys or 3 girls.

Thanks for the uploads. First time watching the Dutch version. Are the tasks always this difficult? In the American versions, seems like the success rate is much higher (not to mention the payouts are much higher). But I'm enjoying watching it and an intrigued by the twists.
alfhokie The tasks in this episode were harder than they normally are, the first task might as well be called impossible with a Mole trying to mess things up. I’d recommend you to watch some other seasons as well. The 18th season in Georgia is one of the best they made in my opinion and I really enjoyed the 17th season in Oregon too! Both were such good Moles!

It's never sure, because normally, in every episode, one person has a red screen and has to go. This happens not every episode tho, but the game is played till there are 3 people left.

Either Mil, Leonie or Rob would've gone out this round, but we didn't see their screens.
Okay but here's the thing, no one suspects Nathan. Which is what I think is getting Buddy though these tests even while he focuses so hard on Leonie, because literally no one is right.
Because let's be honest, It's not Buddy or Mil. I think it's either Nathan or Rob. Now Nathan doesn't suspect Rob at all and he still went throught to the next round. So it can't be Rob, because the one who would've been eliminated (we don't know who) was going for Rob- at least more than Nathan was.
So either it's Nathan himself, or Leonie, the only one he chose answers for who isn't Mil or Buddy.
I don't think it's Leonie, though, because Nathan is the one who went the least on her, and he wasn't eliminated. So if she was the mole, he should've been eliminated, but he wasn't. One of the ones who went on Leonie OR Leonie herself would've likely been eliminated.
TL;DR, if Nathan _isn't_ the mole I will eat my hat
Edit: I just realized I haven't explained why it's not Buddy or Mil. Buddy isn't the mole because Claes fully went on him and got eliminated. On the same test, Mil doesn't suspect Buddy at all, so if it was Buddy, Mil should've been eliminated.
Mil isn't the mole because Jaike suspected her in episode two, and we don't get to hear who she suspected in the next episode, but she said she was "narrowing down her list" and chose an answer pertaining to Mil. Then she was eliminated.

Using the mole in the lasergame was excellent. If you turn off your game-sense you notice that the best plan would be to get the lamps and then let yourself get shot to end the game. Hunting the mole gains you nothing. It can’t be that easy.

Nathan has been one of my primary suspects for a while now, and I might be tunneling, but the way his laser tag segment was edited makes me think that he wasn't facing anyone there. With the other four, there was clearly a human figure in the arena with them.

Aaron Ong there was someone of the production in the battle with the Mole but than yeah the editing don’t show us much other than Some red lights the other thing in the duel with Nathan is that the mole doesn’t shoot Any -100 lights and in the other duels the mole did
