It helps to see Stine go because she's been so suspicious the past few episodes that it definitely eliminates a suspect. I'm still stuck between my two suspects from the beginning: Simone and Olcay. It seems like most of the people left seem really fixed on Ruben being the mole. I just hope it's not him at this point.

im laughing so hard guys..after seeing theories these past few weeks i was so convinced it was stine and now?? uhhh im back where i started. theres 4 people left and i have no clue who the mole is. this is just...great!!! lol but anyway the only thing i know is that i really want jan to win

I am going to dump probably the most complex and weird theory ever, but I think it's going to solve the question who the mole actually is if we've seen next episode. Olcay and Jan were spotted together at the airport during the end of filming so it's suspected that the two of them are either the winner or loser of the season. Also, big posibility that Jan is not the mole since being the mole needs absolute dedication and you cant just quit during the season. Jan's wife was prgnant and on the point of giving birth in like a few weeks or months, so it's really unlikely that he is the mole, because if she would've given birth during the season Jan would've obviously gone home. Now, that leaves Simone and Ruben as the only possible suspects. Ruben is on Simone, and the other three are on Ruben. Which means that either Ruben is the only one who is right if Simone is the mole, or everyone is right with Ruben (also keep in mind Ruben had been fully on Loes the episode went home). But, if Simone is the mole, it wold be weird if Ruben went home the next episode, considering the information. So what this means is that if Ruben goes home next week, all the candidates are on the wrong mole except Ruben. Ruben can't practically go home next week if he's the only one who suspects Simone, and the others suspect Ruben; that must mean he is the mole. Simone can either be the mole if Ruben changes moles next week or Olcay and Jan do. Weird theory, but really dependent on what happens next will decide who the mole is; Simone or Ruben.

And so ends another era of the season’s biggest suspect! Stine will be missed, I loved her quiet and introspective personality that contrasts with the other contestants. I had my reservations about Stine since the last challenge of the previous episode, she seemed genuinely upset that she got her second question wrong. I think she felt kind of relieved that she got executed this episode, I think she really thought she wouldn’t have made it this far and seemed a bit uncomfortable all game - whether it was because she was suspected by the others for a while or because she knew she was not doing well at the challenges. I’ll miss Stine!
My only suspect now is Simone, as I do not think the mole is Jan nor Olcay. The last challenge this episode only strengthened my suspicions about her. The best position to mole is to be in a car, of which Simone was in the green car. When she said she had a box for the final destination, the camera zoomed in on a box for Daba, the first stop, not the final stop for some reason. I suspect the reason for this is because either Simone switched the boxes labels/stamp somehow, or she put the Tsemi box inside of the Daba box. Given Ruben (or was it Jan’s) comment about how strange the number of boxes they delivered, I think the latter option is more likely. I think Stine and everyone else knows that the Mole is Simone, which explains why Stine did not say she was nervous about not knowing who the Mole is until the reveal; Simone is also the only one in the game who has stayed solitary for the entire game, bar a very short bond with Bella (who coincidentally got executed the first time she was actually able to be executed), which is behavior I find to be typical for Moles generally... they do not like to form bonds with others (out of guilt, I expect)
For the winner, I suspect Olcay. I do not think she is on Ruben at all. She makes a big show out of it, but she always adds... “Except if the Mole is actually Simone” when she says she suspects Ruben.

At the start during Art's opening a blue car is seen driving behind him as he talks about Simone and Simone being sure of her mole. Simone also drove a blue car last episode during the furniture transporting task. I think SImone is the mole.

I believe that the mole is Simone, this might be a tunnel vision but I hope it is not! I think that Jan is not the mole because on episode 1 Art didn't say "except for the mole who never goes home" before the test, I believe this is a hint indicating that the mole did not participate on the test in episode 1. Also Jan seems to be very enthusiastic about the game. Olcay is not the mole because she is also quite enthusiastic like Jan. And Ruben doesn't seem like someone who can be the mole (of course this is just my opinion and I might be wrong), also on episode 1 he looks genuinely excited finding out that the duos are separated in different countries.
Simone looks like the kind of mole who likes to give "subtle hints" out in the open, here are some of them:
- On the beginning of previous episode Simone says something like "when Art asks who the mole is on the finale I will raise my hands". An old mole actually did raise their hands when revealing themselves on the finale.
- On the last challenge of previous episode Simone said "If he turns money I'll kill him", that makes sense on a candidate's perspective, but that also makes sense for a mole to say.
- Simone looks pretty happy after finding out that the "train sorting" challenge on this episode failed.
- When Art said that the pot could've been 40k euros Simone looks much happier than other candidates. Other candidates smiled but after that they look worried (presumably because of the execution) while Simone doesn't look to be worried at all. Notice how Art said "It’s the only person in front of me without nerves" after that.
- When Art says "the lady in red" on the execution it just gives the vibes that Art and Simone both share a secret nobody else knows, and the "lady in red" is some sort of "inside joke" between them. Of course the secret is that Simone is the mole.
- If Simone really is the kind of person who likes to give subtle hints, that means when she said that she is the mole in the previous episode, she might actually mean it.
It would be hilarious if on episode 10 when the mole is going to be revealed, the footage will rewind to the previous episode when Simone said that she is the mole, or maybe rewind to this episode where Jan said "Simone is the mole?" haha.
Once again this is just my opinion and I might be in the wrong tunnel, I guess we will find out soon next month.

I think I got my definite Mole suspect...Spoilers.
I'm leaning towards Jan Versteegh. Two red packages were not delivered and two packages weren't in the right carriage. The only possible way for the Mole to hide them, in my opinion, is by creating a gigantic messy pile of boxes, with no easy way for non-Mole people to get in. Jan, who was at the very back, and did make such a mess, is most likely the one who sabotaged the task, making him the Mole.

Well, finally my main mole went home. But yeah, I love that because I love the surprise. Even Ruben was very suspicious and seems to be the main mole of everyone, I don't think Ruben is the mole. Because in Packages task, only Simon, Jan and Olcay were the best places to hide the red boxes. Ruben and Stine couldn't do that with their position. Very difficult to see the mole in the first two tasks. Also I don't know why the editing is focusing too much on Ruben as the mole. I also notice that Simon is twice said by herself (Lock task) and Jan (Light task) that Simon is the mole. It made as a joke but I took it as a hint now. So my main mole now is Simon. Anyway, Jan and Olcay are also very great mole if they are because they are so fanatic and earn a lot of money for the group.

I don't know who it is! Ruben I've suspected for a long time. Olcay was my main suspect for two or three episodes, but how the heck are the others still here if it's her? Simone seems like the typical "isolated Mole". And Ruben... oh boy. The way he got put in charge of the pot when he did was SO suspicious and he's had some really questionable moments. The only one I don't think it is is Jan. But I could be wrong about that. As for Stine... she had a lot of suspicious moments, but she didn't seem to "fit" in terms of personality. Would you ever choose her as the Mole?
Suspicion list would go... Simone, Ruben (barely), Olcay, Jan. Both Ruben and Olcay have been my #1, and if Olcay was the Mole I wouldn't be at all shocked. I'd want to know how the others have gotten as far as they have though... in particular Simone.
I think.........The thing is that Stine said that she know who is the mole now, just doesn't know who is the winner. I think that many contestants knew who the mole is. The winning factor now is the information. I remember back in season 15, everyone in final 5 knew the mole. And for the reason why some people went far even when they didn't know the mole. They were lucky (Freek) or just because everyone sucks (last season).
So ...
One of my top suspects for a long time is out of the game. At this point Simone is now suspect number one. I would probably say that Olcay would be the other person on my list. but her sabotages have stood out too much. This season is confusing which tells me whoever the mole is they have done a great job of hiding it.

So at this point my top mole is simone and I'm going to have to say that Ruben would be my second suspect given how much he is suspected by the other contestants still in the game.

5:38 er moest bij de 1e opdracht 1 iemand de hele tijd bij de klokken blijven, 1 in de controle-room en 3 op zoek naar opdrachten. Later kan degene in de controle-room nog mee opdrachten doen. Maar diegene bij de klokken herstart gewoon de hele tijd alle klokken, dus ook die van de rest. Hoe simpel kan een opdracht zijn??
Ze mochten alleen hun eigen klok herstarten...

Stine and Simone were off my suspect list and now Stine is gone.
Ruben keeps hiding his face with his hands in every execution and task results, and as the other players keep saying - he barely does something for the pot.
Jan's wagon was all cluttered which is a great tactic to hide "wrong" boxes, and he was my original mole since episode 1.
Olcay kept leaving the control room which should be a mole move, yet she seems to be very eager in winning tasks and earning money. I hope she's the mole or at least the winner - wishful thinking. Olcay recruiting people on the bridge was brilliant 😂
If after all of this Simone ends up being the mole, I swear I'll punch my TV lol

Exactly Im convinced Ruben is not the mole - I think this ep he molled harder knowing that Olcay believes it is him (I think she was lying.) He does a lot of things to rock the boat when he is desperate for information (forming pacts with Loes and Jan, asking to be treasurer - again to see how others respond.) Im probably wrong but in all the seasons Ive watched the mole never seems to go out of their way to make pacts with other players, theyre usually approached (again I could be wrong). I dont think its Simone either. Jan has brought in too much money, and seems to be the go to person for achieving tasks.
My mole is Olcay. She screws up alot and masks it well with this "I wanna make money!" vibe. Esp in the first 4 eps.

Stine didn't get a lot of focus throughout the show. And she only got more in this one because, well, you know. I guess it's no surprise because she spread out too much this late in the show.
I'm rooting for Jan and Olcay. And I think Ruben is the mole, because he's been too obvious these past few days. Plus Olcay said she'd put it all on him, and she's still in the game.

Okay so there goes Stine, my one of two major suspects (and main one for the last bit). Funny how all of the people pretty much ruled her out entirely. Clearly her air-headed-ness was interpreted very differently in person than on tv.
So it can't be Jan and Oclay right? From episode one I said I'd love for an Oclay type mole but I think those two have just done too much that contribute towards success. If it's not Simone then well done Mole you're someone I completely ruled out near the beginning of the season!
The train challenge should be fun to see how the Mole sabotaged. I'm thinking of they threw the packages off the train which would be very "classic Mole sabotage" like we've seen in previous train challenges and makes good tv in the finale.

Honestly, Jan had the best opportunity to hide some red, green and yellow boxes inside that HUGE stack of blue boxes in his wagon. No one would have been able to check that. I had discarded him as a mole candidate after the first episode, but I'm keeping a closer eye on him now..
That's exactly why Jan is my current top suspect.

This season is driving me crazy. I still have no idea. According to the remaining contestants it's either Ruben or Simone. And I suspected Simone only one time in episode 1 and I've never suspected Ruben. They seem very passive. So I don't get it. I am still hoping that Olcay is the mole. I think that both Olcay and Jan would make great moles. And after this episode Jan became my suspect. I really can't see either Ruben or Simone being the mole.
