....and if that doesn't help....?!? Bridge was near ½" on Default-setting. Moving it to the right, decreased it to about ¼"....but still too thick......
@@dnoorian Thanks for the reply! I appreciate it! The source water pressure and temp is all good. This machine is cleaned regularly and is spotless! The odd thing is this thing always "flakes out" after a cleaning. It usually forms a huge block of ice that sticks to the evap and then seems to straighten itself out after a few days. Both floats and the pump were repalced... Part Number: 040006556. In order to try and help the thick bridge issue I put a shim in the harvest float tab to help raise it. It helped to a degree, but the bridge thickness is still not right. Condenser and filter are very clean! I take care of this machine. I'm frustrated!
@@BlackHawkPSU ive heard if its a 2016 they had a thermo resistor issue solved by removing it. im having a similar issue as you and ive have the ice thickness float on the thinnest and it trips the service light after running for a bit
No gloves?? Touching the ice and dropping it back in there is not a good idea , and please don’t tell me you are going to empty all those ice cubes later just for adjusting the ice thickness sensor
You just solved my problem thanks
What size supply lines are used on the under counter Manitowoc machines? Thanks.
Very helpful video
My neo ice maker stop making ice after serving! What could be the issue?

If you set it to make the thinnest bridge and it's still making a very think bridge that's hard to break up, what could the issue(s) be? Thanks!
water pressure, water temperature and even maybe do an ice machine clean.
