Hi Alex, really enjoyed the video and I'm not new to looksmaxxing either. I was one of those guys who thought they were lean but actually over 20pc body fat. I'm 16pc now. On track for 12pc.
One thing I'm introducing is salt reduction. I didn't realise how much I was consuming. I loved that you touched on this. Could you please add more details such as mg of sodium you try to cap it at?

@@skyhighvids No need to limit sodium. Just keep it consistent. You want sodium in diet. It’s just huge fluctuations that can cause water retention
