Tips for Using the Festool ROTEX 150

The Festool Rotex is an amazing sander, but there are a few tips and tricks to getting the best results with it.

Finally I see somebody holding the hose and cord properly: over the hand. Not over shoulder or neck…. Or dragging it everywhere

I should’ve chosen the 150 over the 125 for my rotex. I really like the 150 surface area of my ETS EC 150 a lot.

I find in rotex mode to vicious on most jobs….. all in all the 150 is a good machine.👍🏻

Thanks for sharing.
One thing I noticed which is strange, at 03:30 you have a lot more wobble than I do when using the Rotex mode..

Just noticed someone in the comments mention yours having more wobble than theirs. Mine wobbles really badly too, is that not normal? ( I just got mine)

How about the hard pad…????

I'm pretty indifferent on the hard pad. I think the medium stock pad is fine

Always left the sander then turn it off.
