Cheese Soup

Here I share an easy recipe from the Second World War which will provide four modest servings or two with leftovers that can then be used as sauce for fish, meat or vegetables. I adapted the recipe slightly by adding a stick of chopped celery, and some finely chopped parsley before serving.
