You can have fish sisig or chicken sisig instead, if you don't want that unfavorable pig face sisig or that mascara as we call it, the pork sisig .. thank you for all the nice & beautiful words you put in for my country & for us Filipinos .. thank you for coming here too .. i love all your vids 💕😘 keep safe ..
Ilonggo is more than a dialect of something else, it is a language in its own right, also called Hiligaynon. The Philippines has about 180 distinct languages, many of the larger ones also have multiple dialects. Ilonggo's main dialect has a very singsong intonation, but the dialect of Southern Mindanao has a more typical flatter intonation.
Basically exotic Filipino food is made of " parts not eaten by the colonizers " . And we , they rather (our ancestors 😸) made do of what they had. And now we are enjoying it. E.g. is dinuguan, bopis, kare- kare and many more 🤣👍😸 enjoy your stay and have fun 👍😸
Hi both fabulous! Yes you’ve done it, finally the most popular food and the weirdest food has reached in your mouth kudos! That’s one! Then hundreds more😂! You two have all the courage to travel, to eat everywhere that’s the biggest step in a country that’s been or had been neglected until 2016! How grateful the Philippines now and to all fabulous RUclipsrs!whohoo!
I don't like the way that sisig looked. It should either be sizzling, slightly crunchy to crunchy or at least charred. And the one served to you was none of that.
Right... the food in the filipines has got to be some.of the most unhealthy food ivee ever had.. its either to fattening, to sweet, or to many carbs.. just wait till you hit the scale when your done there and back home.
Sisig is made of pig's cheeks and ears. But these are boiled well before chopping in small pieces then cooked again with oil, onions, spices, and one egg added on top and using lemon to sprinkle before eating.
putting off because of the undesirable part of the pig lol bro you ever eat a hot dog knowing how its made and what parts they use to make it ???? lol hahahaha
Love your videos. Thanks for sharing. I've been thinking about going there also. I love their food and I've been told that the cost of living is crazy. Any input from ya'll would be appreciated
