I’d also say Liberty station, the Embarcadero and the new construction that happened there. La Jolla/UTC has changed so much and I personally haven’t explored a lot of North County, so if you did a video there that’d be so cool! Love all the new videos, keep it up.

The best thing about Pandesal is it's BASIC. You can do anything with it. Combo it with any sort of pansit or spaghetti (Filipino), spread ice cream on it, makeshift it into a pizza bread, dip it on hot choco, dunk it on coffee (with/without cream), make it into a garlic bread... anything your (genius or mad) mind could think of.

you have to search better as you have Cochinilio (lechon) in Spain. I found them in Barcelona and Madrid. Lechon is also a traditional dish in Spain and latin America though they call it differently.

Sounds creepy but it's true, I stopped letting the thoughts of impossibilities lead me. Sounds creepy but it's true, I stopped letting the thoughts of impossibilities lead me. As a parent with kids and with busy schedules I had to figure out a way to spend time with my kids (going on vacations, exploring the city with them and guide them when they're about to make hard decisions) but was quite difficult cuz I was running out of cash. Pandesal is like paired almost everything back in the Philippines. Back when I was a kid me and my siblings deep the pandesal into the drippings of the lechon. Just perfect. 🙂
